Chase Bank Canyon Estates Dr, Lake Elsinore

This is my local Chase that I visit multiple times a week... I love it...However, the person living on the side of this location makes me wonder about the professionalism of this particular branch... He has a bed with furniture and during Christmas 2021 he had Christmas lights plugged into the locations main power box... Its super sad but also makes me feel kind of uneasy because the homeless dude is kind of unpredictable...I wont post pics out of respect for the individual...

Huge Shoutout , To Joe Pacheco , The Branch Manger. I walked in with a huge financial Concern. Joe , Greeted me at his door , took me to his desk and was ready to help. I had spent 4 hours on and off the phones with banks about a nearly impossible issue. Joe , cleared it in Ten Min.

Went into the branch at 5pm (they close at 6pm) to open a business account. After hearing the banking assistant (Michael) ... I watched as he tried tirelessly to find reasons not to open the account. I will be closing all of my Accounts immediately. Horrible customer service

On my way to San Diego I had to stop and verify my Mortgage was paid based on two conflicting letters from Chase. Mirabel Mendoza was very helpful getting tho the bottom. Thank you!

This is a friendly Chase. Went in about 12:00pm and was in and out in about 15 min. There were two tellers working and they were helpful and friendly.

Personal banker Mike would not open a business bank account for me unless I obtained some undisclosed document from the County. (He couldn't tell me what it was, but advised me to contact the County). Chase Customer Service stated that, to open a business account as a sole proprietor, all I needed to do was provide Chase with my personal information. Customer Service then advised me to use another branch. Didn't like being brushed off in a cursory manner by the personal banker. The cashier who deposited my check was charming, though.

Part of the problem here is the customers in the area dont seem to know how to use an atm machine. Everyone wants to talk directly to the teller and they only have 2 at most when busy, so for those of us who actually need to talk to the teller because we are getting a cashiers check it really stinks.

Have premium accounts and scheduled for notary appointment. Always have to wait for at least half an hour even with advance appointment. What is an advance appointments are for? Chase bank please reply.

I've been waiting 20 minutes to see a bank rep just to update my address. No one bothered to look at the sign in sheet if there was anyone waiting to be seen.

Lisa is the worse, she asked me if there was something else she could help me with after we made a transfer from one account to another and I said yes I would like to withdrawal money from my account please and she proceeded in a rude way by saying "we could've done it all once"
