I absolutely loved my experience at the bank today! Everyone working was incredibly kind and charismatic, making small talk as I waited to get my account set up, having goodie bags and free snacks for everyone, helping me set up my digital banking account step-by-step, and even going so far as to asking what my pronouns were (as I'm transitioning) and using them easily. I also gained 55$ just by signing up for my specific debit card plan, which definitely helps me out a lot. I look forward to more experiences with this bank and this specific location!

We have vast experience working with mortgage loan management and have worked three projects with this location. The team here is constantly late to scheduled appointments and poor at communicating. Today the manager surprised us with yet another change - she decided she will no longer accept emails from a non-navy federal account (this includes official corespondence from title companies). When we asked why this was an issue and why it was just now being communicated she said it had always been that way. This is untrue and has never to date been an issue. We will be following up with corporate.

Counterfeit currency I have always gotten money from the ATM at Navy Federal in Burke Center Parkway for miscellaneous spending during the month. I tried to use one of the $20 bills I got from the ATM at several places (like McDonalds at Burke Center Pwkway-they used a marking pen, I think). They said that they could not accept it because it was registered as counterfeit. The $20 started with a D serial number, so it was made in 2003. I don't know if age had something to do with, but it is disturbing to get counterfeit money from NavyFederal.

Navy Federal is the best bank, I have ever had the pleasure to be member! The customer service is out of this world. Keep up the great work!

This branch caught the person who stole my identity. The criminal went into 3 branches to receive bank statements and was unsuccessful. This branch was able to get a person description and the car information. I am grateful this branch protected my info, notes accounts very heavily and prevented some serious damage this person could have done. Thank you Navy Federal. Appreciate all the security measures

Im just do basic banking but from what i can tell, Navy Federal is way better at customer service than BOA. They seem very helpful and polite. Take cov very serious, which i like. They value their customers safety.

Major issues with the manager of this particular branch. Called corporate and issue was documented. I would steer away from this location if at all possible.
