Great bank. Great customer service .. sometimes are busier than others and can be a long wait.

I was told by a teller at this location that a cashiers check I deposited will be available on Tuesday. (This was Saturday morning at 9am) it is Tuesday at 12:30pm and the funds are not available. I called NFCU and they said the funds will be available tonight at midnight. That is WEDNESDAY not Tuesday. I was expecting the money to be accessible today and it is not. Please be more clear! Very annoyed by this and it’s a huge hassle when trying to purchase a vehicle. Update. Here again a year later and there are only 2 tellers and lines out the door.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I came in on a whim today to open a bank account and from the time I walked in I felt like a member. My sister is in the Navy and said I should try navy federal and its the best banking experience I've had thus far. I cant remember the greeters name but she was warm and welcoming. Ondria helped me so much by explaining exactly what types of services I was eligible for and I left with my card in hand today. KUDOS to this branch!!!

Be prepared to wait a very… very long time.

Always slow...outdoor ATM always broke !! This location has to be the worse. I absolutely hate coming here.

Please don't bank with these people!! Go to another credit union who is trusted. All of the Navy Federal Credit Union are no one to be trusted. Especially the dispute department. The dispute department will not be on your side even if its not your fault. They will give you the amount of the item that you are disputing back into your account. Once they made a long long decision after you made a purchase that wasn't your fault on the company that you are disputing. They will believe the other company side and will take the dispute amount from your account back after it wasn't your fault and put your account into a negative. PLEASE PLEASE go to another credit union. Their dispute department is not to be trusted!! Trust me,

The customer service person upon entering could do a better job being more attentive. I felt like she was listening just long enough to pass me to the next person. The teller Diane was not resourceful at all. I had a bit of an issue not anything highly unusual and I basically had to tell her every step to resolve the issue. No thinking for themselves to resolve matters was my experience.

Used to love this branch until I went to go deposit my check like normal and they told me it would be on hold for 2 DAYS. the check wasn’t even over 600$ and it was on a Friday. This had never happened before at this branch but I said ok and asked if $200 would clear she said no not until Tuesday. I left and called customer service and they advised it was weird but it’s that branch’s policy now and advised me that they had called the branch and they told the rep that $200 would clear by midnight. Although the receipt they gave me said it was ALL on hold until Tuesday. The rep advised me to just stick to the ATM or mobile app. I thought going face to face would be easier, I guess not. Sucks this is the only navy federal close to me. I’ll stick to the ATM from now on though.

I am so glad that NFCU opened a branch in Buford. So convenient. I used to drive to Roswell. Great service at this location.

Knowledgeable staff. Quick and efficient service. Calm and very pleasant atmosphere. So glad I joined NFCU.
