I want to compliment Selita on the fine job she did helping me with my account. My ATM card was hacked and she did a wonderful job of securing it for me and issuing me a new card on the spot. Great customer service always help me get in an out fast

Wonderful ppl, I wish I could work for them because everyone there always seem happy. They even sent me a beautiful card with all of their get well thoughts and prayers when they knew about my cancer stage 3 diagnosis and I didn't even get that from the bank I work at. Thank you all for being wonderful ppl to know and bank with.

I had my phone stolen, and it was a phone / wallet combo, and my husband’s debit card, and a credit card that had my name, but under his account was inside. So this thief, goes shopping at the mall for jewelry and clothes. Not only did Navy Fed refuse to remove the overdraft fees, with police report in hand, but they cancelled the wrong credit card!! So now, BOTH, credit cards are cancelled because they have no way to “uncancel” it, and even though today was pay day, I’m broke because Navy Fed can’t do their job properly. Oh, and a felon walked around with MY money for 4 full days, thanks to Navy Fed. And the debit account is frozen. Well... I hope this thief is happy with his useless plastic, and blacklisted cell phone, because it’s the last Navy Fed plastic we’ll be handling. Let the criminal have it. We’ll be banking elsewhere.

Employees are extremely friendly and helpful, plus this location is within walking distance of my house. Very convenient. Drive thru ATM's, good parking.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I do want to give Christina Bassett a shout out. She was so wonderful to me and had great customer service. It just made my day!

First off not directing this review towards this branch. Nowhere online to post a review and this is my nearest branch. I waited and talked to 4 different people for just over 54 minutes about receiving a email. Let me repeat, I was on the phone for 54 minutes to receive a email. I had 2 overdue loans and I paid them off in full. 6 business days later, nothing. Lady on phone said they cannot generate a email and I would have to wait another 7 business days. I asked to speak with someone higher up and put on another 10 minute hold while she “found that information”. Then she could magically send me a email (still haven’t received it). Honestly I don’t care to have this email for my records but I am wanting to serve my country in the Navy and they need these documents. Very thrilled I do not have an account here anymore(:

Had a bad experience with this branch manager speaking over and arguing with my mother in front of me and my children about my mothers opinion about a policy of theirs. Very unprofessional and rude. I was contacted and apologized to by a representative for navy federal named Jennifer after i explained why we were hoping to have some luck there, after so much bad luck the previous week.

I am not a direct customer but this bank treated me like I was one of there best customers. They stayed an hour after closing on a Friday with a hurricane evacuation to help me get a payment for my business! Thanks again guys!!

Always very friendly, willing to help you with any of your needs. Knowledgeable about variety of products. Love this branch!!
