Mina refused to notarize my document even though I met all the requirements. I am also a Virginia Notary and I know and showed him the instructions but he still refused. I asked for his manager Gina to please handle the situation and explained to her the States requirements showing her the instruction and while I did not appreciate her attitude with me regarding the matter Katherine another employee stepped up and helped me get the document notarized so my Mother In Law can recieve Medical care. Mina Z Ibrahim you sir can sit down and rotate.

Samantha was awesome! She helped me out with getting my loan dispersed even though it was right at closing. She was super nice and very helpful. Thank you!

Every time I come to this branch I never receive good customer service. They never help with any of my needs or concerns,and as usual I always feel rushed out this branch by the untrained inexperienced greeter at the front. 2nd bad experience here,not pleased with this location at all

Not one time have i ever received rude or inadequate service. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

I have been a loyal Navy federal member for over 15 years, and I’m sad to say I’ll be switching banks. This location is beautiful, clean and new. However, their untrained staff just cost me a significantly high credit card fee (which initially could have been avoided with properly trained staff, and rectified afterwards) Navy Federal has expanded so large that it’s forgotton how to take care of its members.

As a longtime NFCU customer, I must say, I always, 99% of the time, have a negative experience at this branch. They are not the friendliest and they are very slow. I am not sure if they have revolving doors in terms of employees but the always seem to be slower and way less friendly than other NFCU branches that I use.

This bank is the best. They are always so friendly and quick. My daughter says they are to quick. She never complains about going to the bank. She loves their kid computers she is always making a boat. Don't know why this is so exciting to her but that's kids. I am able to see her the entire time. So their placement of the computers is great. My daughter also has a account. They were so great with her while setting up her account. Thanks.

Excellent customer service! being from out of state I encounter problem with my debit card. NFCU jump into action, help and walk me through transfered money from savings to checking! Save me from public embarassment.

I normally don't write a review, only when it's great service. This branch has the right people. They helped me without even being a member. Yet because they had such great service I decided to join. Thank you for restoring my faith that there's still great customer service.

Today their big ATM hut slash shed (closer to Jefferson ave) charged my bank card $500.00 and DID NOT ...I REPEAT DID NOT dispense ANY Bill's whatsoever...now I have to refute 500 dollars deducted from my account....while on the phone with their 888 number personnel the Garda truck guards pulled up in an armored truck to literally refill this goofy unmanned building of an ATM...and got slick with me about my money...now I have to go through hell and hoops to get my money back. IM OVER IT. i want to cry. but um no bish. matter fact if i was my chick i would cry rn.
