Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful in helping us find the right kind of loan for us to affordably buy a house, when there was a question about whether or not we would qualify, he did a very careful search of our records and helped us figure out how to land that approval. He's kind, knowledgeable and extremely communicative. When we had to buy in a competitive market, he was sending us the needed offer letters at 7 and 8 p.m. on weekend nights - seriously, any time we needed him. And, even after we've closed on the house, he still answers my calls at all hours of the day to help us understand how to make payments.
