Navy Federal Credit Union Crystal Dr, Arlington

A few months ago, I needed something notarized, so off to Navy Federal I went, and the nice teller notarized it for me. No muss, no fuss. Today, I went back to Navy Federal to have another document notarized, only to told (after a very long wait), that they would not help me because I was not a member. It doesn't say this on their website, nor was this my experience last time. It was a one-page document, and there was no one else waiting to be helped. This was extremely poor customer service, and I have no intention of doing business with this establishment in the future.

Came in and Jennifer helped me. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Her level of professionalism was awesome. Going anywhere in the city and expecting great customer service is usually a let down. However, Jennifer caught me off guard with her patience and kindness today. Thank you! I will be returning in the future! :)

At the Pentagon location Olga has to be the worst bank teller I have ever come across at a Navy federal branch. I have been to a few in the D.C. area but her horrible attitude takes the cake. She has no people skills, let alone she gave me back the wrong dollar amount then wanted to argue with me when I was as cool and calm as anyone could be. I am like who is the customer here? really with her no professionalism having a$$.

Navy federal is the best bank you can setup your account. I was greeted by the staff memebera moment I entered the bank and I was immediately assisted upon my arrival.

Was greeted at the front door with a smile and warm welcome. All of my needs were taken care of. Excellent branch!

First, I was glad I found the place, the first one I could walk into and sit down! Before the door closed behind me, someone was coming toward me asking me how could they assist me. Thirdly, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! I was there for something major and, they prepared me with information for the next step and, I was on my way!🙂

Navy Federal is the best credit union ever. The services here are unbelievable and banking is so made easier with them without all the extra hidden fees.

Pretty bad experience. Generally this location has been very good to me, but recently a transaction with a teller left me really disappointed. Her altitude and how wasn’t informed on the waiting period before making a transaction.

Quick, accessible and convenient atm. Leaving dinner down the street late night and we needed some cash before heading home. The area was well lit, plenty of street parking right in front of the atm

I initially had a bad experience with this place over a hold on a deposit but the people at the branch were extremely polite and went out of their way to fix an issue. Excellent customer service!
