As a first time homeowner I was very nervous about the process and had plenty of questions. Jason was readily available to answer any questions, even the ones I asked multiple times. I am a bit late in writing this review but I wanted to say how great the service was with Jason Turner at Navigator Mortgage when I refinanced last year. I was really nervous about refinancing but Jason took the time to answer my questions, he was VERY responsive, and was so easy to work with. He was very familiar with VA loans, and I used the VA IRRRL to refinance. He does not shy away from the VA stuff which is great. I cannot recommend him enough!! He truly made refinancing a great experience!
