I have worked with Rob since 2018 and have always been pleased with his work and responsiveness when I have any issues. I started out with Rob when my older daughter was applying to colleges three years ago and continue with him now. I now also have my younger daughter preparing for her college career and am relying on Rob to get me through that process as well. He is the best!

My family has partnered with NFA for the past 3 years, first for my son as he entered is first year of college in 2018 and now for my daughter as she begins her college experience in the Fall of '21. Rob and the NFA team take the worry out of the entire financial aid process, from the creation of the annual FAFSA, guiding us through any unique institutional requirements or questions, to presenting numerous scholarship opportunities for my son and daughter to apply. The NFA team is very responsive, and no question is too simple to ask. Simply put, I can't imagine having to go through the financial aid process without them.
