Terrible managers at this location. The tellers are great, but Navigant is a shell of what it used to be. They do not look after their long term clients. There are many other credit unions that offer more with better customer service.

Good credit union. But its the only branch in RI. (Was chart way credit union at the time - 3 star) As Navigant - 5 Star - Great customer service, many convenient branches, great perks. Very glad that our account was transferred to them.

Received a small loan from Chartway Federal Credit Union. We were not informed at the time of purchase we required insurance. We obtained the necessary insurance as soon as we were notified by mail 8 weeks after the loan was processed. We received notification that a huge insurance premium was added to our Loan balance. (596% more than what our Agency charged us for full coverage) Sent all documentation to the Attorney Generals Office.

Went in today for small change for my business. I requested pennies and singles, and was told by the teller that they were "kinda busy" and that she had no change. She proceeded to ask the other teller if she had change, to which the other teller replied "not a lot," and then she gave me a n empty "sorry" and sent me away. Shocked, ordinarily the women who work there are lovely, but the two on staff today were extremely unpleasant and cold.
