I absolutely love the westerly branch for one reason and that is to deal with Erica...she is great at her job and is always pleasant and knowledgeable! Seeing her dressed up for all the holidays really brought joy to my experiences there!! She goes above and beyond her job duties! For those times between paychecks that you need a new battery for your car, or you need your washing machine repaired, or the million things that happen and you need money fast, is why Advance America was made. Particularly the Westerly office, with Tina managing. Not only is the staff courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient, they also are very understanding and amazing to work with! I was very embarrassed the first time I had to use a payday loan, but the staff was so welcoming and genuine, I shed the shame and enjoy coming in to make payments. It's good they have other services like bill pay so I can visit when when I don't have a loan out! (Side note, Tina is the fastest and most efficient employee I've seen while still managing to be friendly with the customer and not completely ignore them. I've been to several locations, usually if you want quick, you sacrifice general kindness or personality)

I originally met Erica over the phone, I had tons of questions and she was exceptional at providing all the information I needed. She went above and beyond to ensure, I was happy and that I understood the process. She followed up with me to confirm our appointment. I have been dealing with her for a little of time, and quite frankly would rather do business with her no matter where she goes! Value this employee she is EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I want to start by saying CHERYL was so AMAZING! she is like no other! The customer service was SUPERB! Cheryl has such soothing & whimsical vibes~her reception is warm and gracious! Go see her and you wil feel great afterwards! The office is clean & smells refreshing! The fact that I got info on the net-spend card was also fantastic! I’m gonna start doing that as well! It’s nice to feel safe & know that you have somewhere to go when money is tight and life throws you lemons! You won’t be disappointed in this place! No one is too quick to judge! That’s life💜💜💜💜

I only regret I have not shared my review long before this. I have been to several loan companies over the years and I must say Advance America in Westerly RI is by far the most Educated staff all around. Cheryl goes above and beyond to help me with everything and anything possible. It is a pleasure to walk in there and be greeted the way they do. Things are done fast and accurate. Cheryl and her staff go above and beyond in everything they do. Thank you all as always for your help and genuine consideration in times that are sometimes so difficult.

Erica is great super friendly and helpful ☺. Semless process to get a cash advance just bring a check and a bank statment proving your pay and your good to go 👍. Does over qualify people sometimes for the money you need which i guess is a good thing and a bad thing haha. Be patient with them there busy people 🙏🙏❤
