Horrible to work with. Pray that you don't have your student loans transferred to them as you will always have trouble logging into your account and then have to deal with their AWFUL customer service line. They will literally just hang up on you randomly. You also have to schedule a call back time for them to contact you (from a NO CALLER ID) number and it is usually days later when they call. Absolute headache constantly

Worst job I’ve worked at.. ended up quitting. They treat the employees horribly and they scam the borrowers that WE have to contact. Would never consider working there.

The most corrupt loan company in the WORLD. They are putting their employees under fire to the people they have scammed over PRIVATE LOANS. The Education of Department is after them but being paid under the table to not further an investigation which will all be shed in the light in weeks to come when the lawsuit drops in the Judges lap.

Hard to use the site to increase a payment. Even harder to get in touch with a person on the phone. Person on the phone was nice at least once I got in touch with them on the 5th call.

I love this company . This is a strong company that encourages the pathway to education and personal development.

Long history of treating their employees poorly and making up reasons to fire them when they need to cut costs instead of laying them off so they can collect unemployment. Then fights paying the unemployment as long as possible in hopes that the employee will give up. Dont ever take a job there. They will straight lie to you about how they treat their people.

Horrible customer service. Paid off 40k in student loans and wouldn't stop auto payments, only to still have payments deducted from bank accounts! Rude people to deal with, glad we are done, after they reimburse the extra money paid (said it can take up to 6 weeks!)

I have contacted Navient about a person using the address of a property I own that has not lived there for over 10 years. I had to evict the person. I still have all the documents and yet Navient continues to mail documents to the address even though I have returned mail and called them. What a waste of government money. Navient, you are on notice, If I receive another piece of mail for this person at 1822 Goodlet Ave, Indpls, IN, I will seek harassment charges.

Had a "manager" just threaten me on what he called a recorded call. I refused to give my ss# till they explained the nature of the call. Would only tell me it is Navient.. well I'm the Pope and your not getting my ss#.. sorry. I already have a point of contact and a payment plan in place.. if this was a legit Navient call, you might wanna check your records before spouting off ignorance.
