My entire experience here was fantastic! Molly was my stylist and she did an amazing job and I love my haircut. She cut it just the way I wanted it and she was also so nice and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my experience and having her as my stylist. I left very happy and also relaxed as the vibe there was very calming. I'll definitely be back!

I was a little anxious going to a salon like this, since I usually go to Great Clips. I wanted a step up, since it was my birthday and I haven't had a haircut in 2 years. Check in was easy, and the lady was nice. I was called back to have a shampoo/scalp massage and it felt AMAZING. I had a headache and it actually relieved my headache. Then I went to see Nicole who was SO great! We got along well and talked the whole time all while she focused on doing my hair exactly how I asked. She helped brush out a few tangles and just did a wonderful job. I told her she will be my new go to, and I will use this salon over and over again. I would definitely recommend this place. I have never used Aveda products and I really like them after having them used in my hair. It felt clean, they smelled nice and the anti frizz product works wonders in my hair.

I've be rocking the 90's long layered look for years and wanted to "reinvent" my professional look. Tracey was great in helping me achieve the look I was going for. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Tracy!

I scheduled a facial and derma planing. I was greeted politely when I entered the facility. The environment was welcoming and calming. The facility was very clean and well kept. I would visit again.

I've never had such a horrible experience. When I scheduled my appointment I asked and paid extra for an experienced colorist/stylist. I scheduled a consultation before my appointment so that we could discuss exactly what I wanted. I brought in dozens of photos on Pinterest so my stylist could see the look I was after. During our consultation I even agreed to (again) pay extra in order to get full coverage color. When my hair was done it looked exactly like it did when I came in- Nothing had changed. I called and spoke with the manager and he agreed they would give me a re-do. I told him I wasn't comfortable using Tracy again. So he scheduled me with someone else- however 30 minutes later I get a call saying Tracy would be doing my hair again, ugh!!!! The following day when I showed up Tracy was so upset, so I got to spend several hours dealing with an angry stylist. She kept slamming her coloring brush through my hair. I felt like I was dealing with a child. This was such a horrible idea, she went ahead a did everything I said I did NOT want done to my hair. My hair is now yellow with dark brown stripes. I will NEVER step foot in an Aveda salon again. For $240 this is what I got from Tracy at Aveda salon in Farragut. SMH!!!

My first time using an Aveda salon, I asked for a stylist who knows how to cut curly hair. Mehgan didn't disappoint. She gave me a great cut. As for the environment, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, including the stylist who helped out by shampooing and conditioning my hair while Mehgan was finishing up another customer. First time here and it was amazing. My friend had a gift card and booked 2 facials and 2 massages. This was my 1st time ever having anything done like this before. I can honestly say my experience was the best. I am totally hooked. It's a must if you haven't done it before. Definitely gonna be doing these monthly!

I saw Mahgen as an alternate when my stylist was out, and she did not disappoint! She was easy to talk to, listened, gave honest input, and did an excellent job with my color and cut. She also took the time to discuss options and taught me some techniques to make hot tool styling easier for me at home. Emily did a great job with my brow waxing and tinting. She makes even the most basic services an enjoyable, relaxing experience!

Amazing! I’ve been going to Stephen for a bit now and I’ve always left feeling beautiful! Can’t say enough kind things about the turkey creek salon! 😊

I can't recommend Stephen highly enough! I am growing out a shaved head from last summer and needed to get it out of that awkward stage. I brought in a picture of what I'd like it to look like eventually and he was able to keep most of the length and give me a great cut that looks intentional. My highlights blend in nicely with my greys and the tone suits my skin tone perfectly!

I am not a stylist, but, after working in salons for years, I know a beautiful balayage when I see it. Tracy is my #1 choice for color. I always leave Natural Alternatives feeling more confident than when I entered, because Tracy does such a phenomenal job. Strangers compliment my color in parking lots, on airplanes, and at the docor’s office. She is a true artist, and a master at balayage, color melting, and knowing which colors will work best for her clients. If you are looking for a talented color artist who takes time to communicate a pre-color plan and has a calm (not overly-chatty or intrusive) demeanor, book with Tracy.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The lady chopped it up so badly with thinning scissors, she cut chunks out of the bottom which made it so thin you can see through it. I went to feel pretty and simplify my hair maintenance. I now have the opposite of both. $50+ for that. Supposedly she had been there 15 yrs.

I waited one month to get my hair color by a certain person. I’m new to state and area. When I went in, sat down, the gal started the process, and I realized that this was not the person I waited for. When I approached the receptionist, she told me the system can move people around and that’s what probably happened, ummmm what-that has never happened in any other state or Aveda salon to me before. I showed this gal a picture and is not what I received, and paid just under 300! Never again!
