Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union (Drive-Thru only on Saturdays) Parkside Dr, Knoxville

While I love banking with TVA, my recent experience at the Turkey Creek location was unacceptable. I am a very patient person but when this happened I left feeling disappointed and angry. After waiting 15 minuets to talk to a representative, I was told to wait in the waiting room for my new card to print. After 30 minutes go by, I hear from a different staff member that their card machine was down and it was better to come back another day. The original staff member that I was taken care by said nothing to me, which was the worst part. No one came and told me that the card machine was down and if it wasn't for me dropping in on a different conversation I would've never known. I don't mind waiting but wasting my time due to that was incredibly frustrating.

I have never been to a better place to do my banking. This evening was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Chaz was very helpful and quick to have A new card made for me after Fraudulent activity happened on my Account. He made sure to get the dispute in and communicated how long it would take to get my money back. I would choose them over any other credit union. Their hours work out wonderful with my work schedule, and my dog enjoys getting a treat at the drive-through!

Excellent Customer Service!!! The Nicest Loan Managers have helped us get several loans over the years and showed us how to improve our credit to get the best rates. We appreciate all the help and advice they have given our family over the years. They also have caught Fraud Alerts in time to save our account from being used! We definitely recommend our credit union and hope you do too!

Alice did an excellent job at helping me. She was very honest and realistic about my goals and concerns. She even noticed I was able to earn interest on a certain savings account that I had not been taking advantage of. Overall, I was in and out in less than an hour with a credit card, updated savings account, and a positive experience at TVA.

Super nice, but sometimes you have to wait for ever if you need to do something other than a withdrawal or deposit. Sometimes you can wait up to an hour. I believe it's because they always have new people. The new people don't stay long and so very few people are trained to help you. Sad to waste so much time, but grateful employees are friendly. God is good.

This is the only bank I'll do business with. Everyone I have ever had any interactions with are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I refer all my friends to TVA Credit Union.

My mother took me to open a savings account at the original Maryville branch in 1990 and told me that they have the best return rates for savings accounts. 31years later and their still the best rates and all around the best banking institution I've ever had.had the pleasure of dealing with. Thanks all!

This is the perfect branch minus one employee. She’s a woman in her 30’s with dark curly hair, sometimes she’s a teller other days she in the second office space to the right of this bank location. She normally has a bad attitude, I have encountered her three times, in three different visits to this branch. I personally think she should find a different place to work honestly. Bankers are usually very nice, friendly & very helpful people, yet I find this woman very dry & disrespectful, adding a dull touch to this branch where everyone else is always joyful. Next time I will record her mannerism.

I usually bank here at the Farragut branch and it's always great service with a smile! However, today I went in and got exceptional service from Matt. I had several transactions and several questions. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I had planned on being there my entire lunch hour. Matt was efficient, friendly and helpful!

The best bank I've ever known. Low / no fees on almost everything (And it's a credit union, so its member-owned). Free checks, 5$ minimum for savings. It's unbeatable.
