Nationwide Student Loan Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills

I am so tired of calling and talking to the same lady as if she is one of 2 employees working at the office. She can't answer my questions and I don't understand what she is saying. I asked her for the number to the corporate office she quotes her office number. I made $5000 less this year and they quoted me $150 more for my loan payment. All they want is your money....no questions and they are happy. Paperwork completed and no interaction from me. I feel as if I did most of the work...lesson learned, I will truly be learning to do it myself. I can charge less and do a much better job helping myself and others. I have my MBA and feel that I am more than competent to handle the task. I just have to stop being lazy. I hate that I even went to this company again, I wasn't completely satisfied last year....#angry at myself.

Unfortunately due to a bad representative, I'm unable to give this company a five star review. But after speaking to a general manager, he was able to work things out with me. I was a huge fan on how he stood behind his company! And for that, he got my respect and I would recommend Nationwide student loan to anybody looking for assistance.

DONT DO IT!!! Its a SCAM!!! Payed them about 1500 over 2 year period and i was on a plan then said to not pay my student loan then this year the irs took all my tax refund!!! Why was i paying nation wide for???? The student loan agency took my refund so turns out nationwide did nothing but take my money. Dont do it. Better off making payments directly.

I know NSL is gonna be the right fit for me and I'm going to be debt free in no time. I just started working with them so If anything changes I will update my review but so far everything's good.

never refunds as they said they would took money out 7/21/17 said it would refund by 7/24/17 still fighting to get a refund and its 8/13/17

I referred my daughter here after I used a debt company who referred me to them. And wow... She tried with her counselor, I tried to help, my husband is a ways working (not a complaint :D) but we'd either refocus on other things or we would find too many options to deal with... We called them and they actually walked us through a lot without even signing up. We decided to pay. It's just easier, safer... We're happy we did. We all work and playing hobby with serious debt is not smart. I used a service for my credit card stuff, my daughter used a service for her student loans... Easy and practical.

Nationwide Student Loans is the best ever!! They helped me pay off my student loans in waaaaay less time than I anticipated! Thank you for all your help, I'm extremely happy with your service! 100% Recommend!

NSL was very helpful with everything I needed and I'm so thankful for the great service they have. I've been with them for about a year and I'm doing so much better now. I can't wait to be free of debt.
