    I am so impressed with the service that PaymentCloud provides. My business primarily use invoices to complete transactions and my cost of processing fees is a TENTH of what I was paying Square for transaction fees. Unlike Square, PaymentCloud listened to what service my business provides and tailored a product that saves the most money for my business. Also, my support person Alex responds to email containing concerns or questions within the hour! Service and Quality to support small businesses. I wish I found them sooner and could give them 10 stars!

    Trying to decide which merchant processing company to go with, Jonathan Sacramone made it easy for me to go with Payment Cloud!     I had a very bad experience with this company Payment Cloud as their sales person did not tell me upfront that there will be a 2-year contract for their merchant services. They sent the document via DocuSign with all fine prints and their sales person KEVIN PATANAWONG told me that I should have read those fine prints, very frustrating. Thanks to Kevin for his fantastic unfair sale!

It looks like he was able to get you auto-approved at the pricing you had agreed upon. When you negotiated the price, he verbalized the details, and also told you the details are in the contract, which you can read. It was then sent over to you. Just as before agreeing to any other deal, it is important to read through the contract and ask questions before signing. Upon hearing you were dissatisfied, our sales rep offered to send you to another processor where he could waive the termination fees. We always do our best to help our merchants in every way we can.     I’ll start this review by saying I have very mixed feelings about Payment Cloud. On one hand their account managers are great for the most part. (Mostly) communicative, and attends to all my businesses needs. However their process of approval isn’t very clear, and I feel like we’re being strung along waiting for approval. I know this isn’t the account managers fault, but the banks they go through are frankly terrible. Many times they asked us to add things to our site that were already there, or remove things that were never on the site to begin with, delaying our process over and over again. Currently have been waiting 5 weeks for approval with no updates on where the banks are at. Payment cloud is overrall pretty good but they need to fix their communications from their banks to their clients

We strive to be as communicative as possible in order to provide our customers with an easy process that gets them approved quickly. Your Account Manger, Olivia, has been working hard to get you a response on your approval status, which I'm told should be just a few days away. I'm sorry to hear about the frustration this has caused and will share it with our team. We're committed to helping businesses get set up as quickly as possible and we want to make sure that every approval goes smoothly from start to finish. However, sometimes this is not the case. In this case there's been a delay with our bank partners, which often happens in the payment processing space. Again, I'm sorry if you feel this is shady business but we're working on getting you an answer and you'll know about the bank's final decision as soon as PaymentCloud does.     I will admit that I was a difficult client for my account manager Miles to get on track. I'm new to CBD online sales, and if you have investigated selling CBD online legally, you know what I mean; the banks need a lot of information from you, your products, your website, your test results and some of these documents and information can be hard to get. It's just part of the process with high-risk e-commerce. I get it. BUT, even with me being unprepared and disjointed at times with what I needed to get to Miles to move forward, He was extremely patient with me and walked me through the process even when I was lost. I 100% recommend Miles and Payment cloud's services for their professionalism, clear and concise communication, and in particular -- his patience, more than anything.     I had very little experience setting up merchant accounts. The PaymentCloud representative assigned to me was fantastic. She answered all my questions in a timely fashion, and helped streamline the documents needed for submission, focussing on the most important first. In addition, now that my account is set up, my account rep. is still very timely when I reach out with questions or issues. I highly recommend PaymentCloud.

    Sara at PaymentCloud is absolutely wonderful! She is bar none the best representative I could have asked for. Without Sara my business would not exist today. Trying to get merchant processing for a 'high risk' company is a monumental undertaking, with landmines and roadblocks that no layman could reason.     I am leaving this review for both TMS, North American Bancard (Owner of PaymentsHub) and their reselling partner PaymentCloud because they have all proven to be in on the FRAUD and I'm %100 certain that their plans throughout the Pandemic is to frustrate small business owners. Therefore if you are looking for a new merchant account, Make sure you RUN as fast as you can away from PaymentCloud and their processing partners TMS (North American Bancard) They also own PaymentsHub.com, so as soon as you see any of those names, DO NOT GO FURTHER, I REPEAT DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER, else you will live to regret that decision. I will be taking it upon myself for the next 90Days to leave a review daily for both companies because that is how much time i have waited after the 90days for my reserve funds held by TMS to be released, yet they are still holding on to it, Why....? I no longer have the same business address and since i lost my accomodation, TMS and PaymentCloud have refused to have my check sent to an alternate address after 4days of them first initially accepting to have my check sent to an alternate address which i provided them and waited for NOTHING. Mind you, they were supposed to put this funds in my Bank Account, but that itself is impossibble because when they signed me up for a merchant account, My bank wanted a pre-notification, and so deposits from TMS were returend. I requested to have my bank account changed with TMS/PaymentsHUB/PaymentsCloud, even filled out a form for the changes to be processed but TMS/PaymentsHUB/PaymentsCloud did not do nothing about it, They claimed i alone can change it from the PaymentsHub protal which i tired to do, but then again, their system will not send me a CODE to my phone for verification. More than 2weeks they did not do anything to make these changes, I was already being harassed by my customers, i had to ask that they request a chargeback via their banks which they did. Some got their funds withdrawn from my bank account. Fast forward, TMS/PaymentsHUB/PaymentsCloud Closed my account and gave a 90days period for chargebacks to be paid back which has noW become 180days on 23rd May 2022 and they are still HOLDING to my reserve funding for their own negligence to fix my Merchant account. Their Reviews on Yelp, trustPilot, google, reddit and other review pages will guide you accordingly, too bad i came across them late, would have never attempted it.

    Hello, We’ve been looking into your account and see various flags that lead to your funds being held. First, your request to have your deposit sent to an address not affiliated with your business was not accepted as processors require proof of address and supporting documents to verify your business. This type of request is often flagged as fraudulent activity. Additionally, we were unable to match the phone number on your application to you, which also causes holds and delays, and acts as another reason for processors to be on alert for fraudulent activity. We reached out for a secondary phone number, which you did provide and allowed us to move forward, although we ran into a separate issue after that. Your chargeback ratio was far above the maximum of 1%. According to our records, you were shut down by the first processor we set you up with due to excessive chargebacks. Although we were able to get you another account with a different processor, you were then shut down by the second payment processor, once again, due to excessive chargebacks and insufficient funds. Cardholders have a period of 6 months to chargeback a purchase and due to your high chargeback ratio, your processor held your funds for that period. This is to prevent cardholders from not receiving their funds back from fraudulent transactions. To reiterate, your processor holds the reserved funds, not PaymentCloud. We do our best to help merchants get these funds released early but due to your history, we are unable to do so in this case. We did speak with your processor at 180 days, but since you do not want the funds delivered to your bank account, and do not have a verified business address, your processor does not have anywhere to send your funds. Keep in mind, the only way to get your funds is to deposit them into your bank account or have them sent to a verified business address. Since it looks like you were having trouble updating your business address with your processor, we will have our support team reach out to you directly. Sincerely, The PaymentCloud Team

    Horrible experience. Was lied to multiple times. Read the fine print! They will lie to you just to get you to sign. My salesmen signed me up for 2 processors saying that I could choose the best option. Now both of the processors are charging monthly fees and they both charge over $500 each in cancellation fees. Stay away from this company!

    The worst company you can ever imagine. They are brokers, i.e. not direct merchant services, which is why their rates are much higher if compared to when you apply directly with merchant services. When I applied with them, my credit score was checked without my permission and the card was charged although the rep said it won't be charged. Then, when I cancelled all the accounts with them and received the confirmation from the rep, I decided to check directly with merchant services for said applications through PaymentCloud and guess what - accounts were not closed. The rep was constantly providing me incorrect information and was not helpful. Besides, he ignored many of my e-mails and calls. The best advise would be to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

She suggested solutions, communicated daily until we had the right solution nailed down and approved!     It seems to be a scam, I opened an account with them and a week later I have 4 different companies asking me to activate my account so I can process payments, so far 2 of them have charged me different fees for a single transaction. I asked the main guy I spoke with Erik Crouch (probably fake) and he hasn't responded to my emails. I'm assuming all these positive reviews are fake , don't go through these guys, they are expensive and possible shaddy.[Edited: the fact you're a real company makes the whole experience worse, now I have to call 4 different companies to close all services and they are still holding my funds hostage, also email you provided is ether fake or not correct]

What Erik should have mentioned during your onboarding process is that PaymentCloud is not a direct credit card processor, but more of a middleman between banks, payment gateways, processors, and you. Each of these have their own fee structures, which is explicated and broken down in your merchant agreement. That's also why you received so many emails after your PaymentCloud account was set up. I'm so sorry to hear Erik hasn't gotten back to you yet to clarify this further. We are taking this up internally and would love to hear more from you.
