Patrick was professional , knowledgeable and friendly and followed up with me every step of the way. Although they charge what seems like an astronomical fee, I did my homework and found I was still saving $15K in interest charges with a rate of 14% vs the 26% I was paying. When we discussed the fee and I would like to do some calculations to make sure I was doing the right thing, he was patient and confident that it was a great deal. I took 24 hours to do the work and was actually surprised at the amount I was saving after the fee. Called him back and the process was quick. Kyle with Nationwide Loan Consultants was very knowledgeable and personable in his approach to the process in ensuring that I received the best option(s) from their available lenders. I will leave the lender who was the best option, approved, and funded < 24 hrs anonymous. The lender called and offered to eliminate the "middle man" fee. I respectfully rejected that offer and informed the lender that my "advisor" is how I was introduced to your company, he earned that "fee" or commission, so No thank you. Kyle was diligent in his research and informative in his follow-*** throughout my process.

The experience I had was very enjoyable. They were quite professional and spent time with me over the phone to make sure I had the best possible terms from the loan company as well as walking me through the application. Overall the company did what it stated it would do, find me a loan with the best available terms. They found multiple offers and I eventually settled on a particular offer and the deal was sealed. So the Pros are: They work tirelessly to find you the type of loan you're looking for. They find multiple offers and the communication is almost daily, they have a great communications network. The consultant was very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the process and provided any help that was needed. The Cons are: The consultant fee I feel is a little high, 10.9%. I understand time is money and they have a lot of resources but I feel the fee is a little expensive. It would be better if it were half that amount or at least single digits. Access to personal information. I was very uncomfortable allowing access to some very sensitive information that was necessary to proceed through the loan process. So far there haven't been any issues but with the rampant identity theft cases, it makes you a little uncomfortable giving people access to some private and personal information, namely financial access. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received and I would recommend them to someone who's interested in finding a loan but don't have the time to search multiple lenders for themselves.

Omg!!! I just had the most validating and positive experience I have ever had with a financial institution. After the very rocky start with a sister corporation, I was transferred to Cody at nationwide loan consultants. The second half of this iteration was great. Cody answered all of my bizarre and complicated questions succinctly and accurately. He told me the answers I wanted to hear and the answers I didn’t want to hear. But both were correct polite and impactful. I wanted to address how I wasn’t happy with the first portion of this call, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was introduced to Mark. Mark is an angel of a human being! He listened to me. He addressed my concerns. He appeased me. Mark insured me that want I wanted to addressed would be. He gave me his personal contact info and even thanked me for taking the time to express my concerns. I wasn’t pleased with the way this phone call started and was determined to make it a fight after the second person I talked to instigated said fight. But after talking to Cody and mark I felt at ease and comfortable. Whether or not I choose to use this company for my needs I was extremely pleased with the interaction I had with them. Thank you
