Outstanding customer service. Jessica Noel's cheerful and kind spirit, made me feel right at home, so to speak, as she navigated, step by step, through the loan process with me. Jessica meticulously guided me through the whole process making everything easy to understand. If I had any questions she explained everything, with an exuberance and joy. I've rarely encountered any person that exhibited the kind of professionalism and happy, upbeat attitude that she has. Thank you so much Jessica for getting me a very good deal.

I had a chance to work with Doug and he was very, very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy at all as it relates to guiding me through the process. I applied for a loan with The Borrowing Club due to my high credit cards bills. I was very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. They were very thorough with all the details and walked me through the process every step of the way. Because of their help I was able to raise my credit! I highly recommend.

The process was easier than I expected. I filled out an application and submitted some paperwork they requested and received an approval within a few hours. I discussed the options with my rep and agreed to accept and move forward. I signed some paperwork agreeing and completed a funding call and received funding the next day. It is difficult to find a good consolidation loan outside of your major bank. Well I had a good friend recommend The Borrowing Club, so I applied to see what they would offer and I was surprised at how good the offer was. They didn't send me back and fourth a million times for random paperwork. They told me everything they needed upfront, I submited the information and they were able to get me a great consolidation loan. I am more than happy with their service.

Payne was so helpful in getting my loan started and finalized. He was with me through the whole process. It was an easy process and I had no problems. Communication was great with this company and Payne made sure we were on the same page with my loan. I appreciate everything he did to get my loan approved.
