Casey is extremely knowledgeable in the mortgage field. Most importantly, he was always available when needed and overall very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I wish i could give 10 stars. Working with Ryan and his team has been an amazing experience. Their customer service and detailed explanation to every question we had made our house process simply amazing and stress free. We did not have a Realtor to begin with. We walked into the “Open house” and loved the house. My husband and I told the team that, We love the house but, we do not have a Realtor! They said thats very okay, lets talk to Ryan, their Loan Officer who was and has been very responsive to every phone call, messages and emails.(meaning you must not have a Realtor to get your house process started. You just need to pick the house you like and let them fulfil your wish of getting you into your dream house). Believe me, I can’t type everything on here but we do not regret ever talking to Ryan, Alexis, Kim, Megan, Juli and the entire team. To say it mildly they were all incredible! Jason answered my Facebook message within 29 minutes and within just a few hours he had the process started and we were well on our way. Unfortunately we experienced a tragedy in our family in middle of the process and the team did everything they could to make the process easier for us. Jason’s wife even made my family a delicious home cooked meal while I spent 13 days in the ICU with my son. Thank you to Jason and the Team!
