Great customer service wonderful employees and honestly overall a Great place. My PS4 broke and my warranty went out but luckily the owner was more than understanding helped me get a new PS4 along with 4 games and a new warranty. No attitude or rudeness what so ever. I gotta say the new management is doing great!

They have reasonable prices on most things I've bought there never rant had a issue with anything if so I'd take it back and they were pretty good about giving me another game or whatever it let me exchange it

New store Manager. Great vibe and service level. Got a great deal on a ring. Sully greeted me and asked why I was in town. Will come back and shop next time at town.

I was looking for a jeweler to replace some links in my watch. The store manager Kevin was very helpful, & offered to refer me to someone in Austin. Then he kindly said he could possibly do it for me. He replaced the links free of charge & in no time. He was extremely kind & professional.

Marcelino is awesome! He is always super nice & is willing to work out a deal to help! He has went above & beyond to make us feel welcome every time we come into the store! If you want an honest pawn shop with a great staff go here!!!!

Whoever the manager is, Jose , is horrible at his job. He has no respect for his employees or his customers. He should not even be allowed to work anywhere else. If I could give him 0 stars, I would.

Sully was great! She speaks Spanish! My wife and I went into this shop looking for a nice piece of jewelry! My wife hit it off with her and we ended up walking out with two beautiful rings at a great price. Sully was so friendly I definitely recommend this place.

Marcelino and Mike are always really nice. The manager Sully called me to help me with a miscommunication and did what she could to solve the issue. Shan likes to power trip on people.

Most Definately all good experience. Sollie was my Rep. She was outstanding always smiling very knowledgeable on what her job is and when needed asked for help from Co workers to better her knowledge of how something worked. Hey everyone just wanted everyone to know if you are out and about u, should check out National Pawn and Jewelry of Rockdale Tx. I was in there today and the store was nice and sanitized and smelled clean as well. Lots of things to catch ur eyes it took alil time to check out all the stuff we all need or want and the staff is awesome. Kevin helped me, was interested in my needs and wants, took time to explain so l would know everything about what I was interested in and I enjoyed myself. Left knowing for certain l will go back. So if you are ever close you might want to stop in. I bet you will have a nice experience just as I did.

Customer service was amazing. Very quick, and straight to the point. Sully was awesome at working with me to make the experience easy and fun. Definitely my go to pawn shop!

Nice employees but they low balled me as I had a 350 watch beand now still in box and offered me 35 bucks and was too they can do. But they explained why and was polite.

Very helpful and efficient. They give good rates and often have a variety of equipment and items. I recommend visiting at least once.

I love the previous National Pawn & Jewelry family. I miss Michele, Grant and Mike. The new staff are also great! These guys and ladies are friendly as well. They are very professional. They do a great job working with you on prices. They also take time to make sure that you understand any new "pawn" policies. I feel comfortable asking questions. I love the variety of jewelry that they get in.

The staff was all very helpful and friendly, especially Cassie. They have fair prices on almost everything. They have a huge selection of PS2 and XBOX 360 games, as well as PS3, PS4, and XBOX One games. A decent selection of guitars, amps, speakers, and a pretty extensive selection of tools, especially large industrial ones. They also have vinyl records, and a bunch of CDs/DVDs/BLUERAY and jewelry.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I live on the outside if town and I call to verify that they will accept my item the guy on the phone says yes they will and he has a very distinct voice so I drive there whenever I get there they lie and say that they are not accepting my item because there is no serial number. I show them the number and say well there is no way to verify that it's real and I ask how do they verify that other items like purses and hats and shoes are real. What I believe is that they know how much my item is worth and dont want to give me the money's worth. And to be honest they could just say that. I will never ever buy or sell anything here ever again...

Marcelino is the absolute best customer service rep. The store was awsome it looked amazing w all the christmas decor they had out for christmas in july. It was great i will definatley be returning.
