Rudest people I've ever met literally .as you can see Deborah was the only one who had something to say on here and it's probably because Deborah's white .I've never spoken to more rude people in my life .lazy! .... didn't know how to hook up something they should know how to hook up ...she verly even looked at me or said thank you and I said thank you twice. Called back about the rudeness and got hung up on just rude as hell..they need to shut this place down ...horrible business !!

Rude employees, lazy as well. Do not recommend, completely a waste of time. High valued well kept items trying to pawn cause I had no use for them anymore and they denied everything. Possibly cause they could not comprehend what they were dealing with. I’m a very fair person. This statement is valid

I have been in many times, always had a positive experience, either buying an item, selling an item or pawning an item. People are friendly and helpful.

Love the price on guns but the guy was giving me a hard time and lying to me about the gun trying to make a sale...... Like I already was going to buy it you didn't need to add to it. Old man just trying to make sales even if he has to lie not a good characteristic to uphold.

Awesome service. All around cool. I got a metal mini speaker for $5, a couple of games for $3 each, and some DVDs for $2 each

Bought a tablet for my step son got home he was so excited when we turned it on it was only on 1% tried to charge it using the charger they gave me and wouldn’t even go past 1% thought it was just the charger so we tried multiple different ones we could find around the house but it won’t even hold a charge

Very rude employees I was a long time customer but after today I'll never do business with them again

Nicest, cleanest, and friendliest pawn shop I have ever visited. I love browsing and shopping there, and the owner and staff have always been exceptionally cordial and accommodating. H & H Pawn in Caldwell, Texas is a very nice shop and I would recommend that you go there and see for yourself. It is one of my very favorite shops to visit.

We have some ammo in stock and new guns.We do not sell used guns as new ones..we are reasonable on prices and try to give customers the best service.Come in and give us a visit.

Called up there to see If they had a gun and to see the price. They are reasonablely priced and service was great. No problem putting on layaway. I will definitely be bringing my business back.
