Friday 07/02 I did the mobile deposit for my paycheck to go into my bank account. I did this around 2:30pm. It says it’s pending. I check again in the morning of Saturday 07/03 it still says pending. So I try calling about 4 times no one answered. I decide I’m going to go there and try getting it brought to their attention or just cancel the mobile deposit. They tell me there is nothing they can do and it won’t be in my account until Tuesday. First of all my bills are done due by Tuesday that’s not going to help me at all. SECONDLY IT IS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT BANKS AT NCB THAT DID THE MOBILE DEPOSIT. And if I am then why isn’t my check in my account yet. It’s a holiday weekend! What am I gonna do with $2.88 on a holiday weekend. (Do not judge my lack of money I’m a teenager and live pay check to pay check)

If I could rate it a zero star I would. If you were trying to refinance or get a home loan I absolutely do not recommend this bank with dire warnings to not even attempt. They have one loan officer for the entire state of Ohio. That one loan officer has drug us through 90 days of denial and redoing paperwork all to be denied again and neither of those times has he ever contacted me directly I have always found out through the mail. He would take two and three weeks to respond to any emails. then basically told me that it was our fault because our credit score wasn't that good even though it had not changed since we had first come in and applied for the loan and that I should take into consideration all the paperwork that he has to do. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I wish I would have just asked around because after asking around everyone is saying the same thing that I have spoke with he is a terrible loan officer.he tied our finances up right at the holidays and did not seem to care whatsoever. was an hour late to our very first meeting and then asked me to come in the office after we got denied the first time just to discuss some paperwork that he could have sent me through an email but then he was late again on our second meeting so I left. Even though he was sitting in his office and could clearly see me. Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!

Horrible customer service. Cant set up online banking. Been trying for 4 years. The staff knows less about it then I do. No help. Calling the recording to hear your balance doesnt always work. Not accurate, either. Only 2 atms, yes only 2! Takes over a month to get a debit card. If only the manager wouldnt have "forgot" to request me one. My account has been hacked 3 times. Not very secure. Rudeness & unprofessionalism will close this location just like it did the others.

Dishonest. Wished I would have read the reviews before refinancing with this bank but I didn’t. Maybe I’ll save someone else the headache if they look at the reviews. Look elsewhere.

Absolute worst bank around. Good luck trying to spend your own money they decline most of your transactions. Staff doesn't want to help they just say thats how it is and send you down the line. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU DO ANY ONLINE SHOPPING !!!

I have been with this bank for 13yrs and not had any issues with them

I have been a customer for 15 years. I was appalled today at the actions of the drive through teller. I made an error in my withdrawal amount on my slip & instead of writing the mistake down & passing it through the cylinder, she spoke over the loud speaker announcing all but my account number to everyone. I will not be continuing with this bank & suggest that better service practices be implemented to retain customers.

The customer service is incredibly weak every time I go. I get treated with disrespect every time I go. They are no help with any questions you may have on top of that. The only reason I continue to bank here is because my late mother used to work here. Things have to change
