Fifth Third Bank & ATM N High St, Hillsboro

Loving 5/3 so far. No fees, great customer service (they even call just to check on me, that's more than my own family does!), and they even got me a $300 sign on bonus I would have missed out on.

No one will answer the phone. Very upset you can't get service when you're an invalid.

Diane the branch manager lied to me over a year ago about the status of my dead parents accounts. Her lies and ineptitude allowed a shady insurance agency to steal from the account for over a year. Now, not only is my parents account being stolen from but the account itself is being stolen (most probably by someone inside the corporation) through identity theft. To add insult to injury my past account with 5/3 that is tied to my parents’ account has been defrauded through identity theft. Absolutely no security or respect for the law unless they can use it to steal your money. Take your accounts and run, don’t walk, to a bank that actually cares about people- because Diane, her regional manager, and 5/3 corporate Customer Service certainly isn’t it.

Walked in first time here I felt a bad vibe. Lady with bland hair assist me with a nasty attitude. Not courteous at all. She act like she didn't want to assist me no way. So rude.... I would give this place a zero...

I’ve banked with 5/3rd for a few years now (since I was like 17!) and honestly, the staff has always been caring and very understanding of me and my needs Courtney has been super helpful with me and my banking needs. Give her a raise! She’s fantastic!

Asked for help due to coroavirus and they are just rude and heartless. All they will do to help long term senior customers is maybe waive late fees and not forclose for 90 days. THANKS FOR NOTHING, ENJOY YOUR GREED..

Called five times before someone answered phone. Told that person I had been calling five times they replied short staffed and busy. This is the new normal now. Heres a suggestion get more help to take care of your customers or we will go somewhere else that cares about customer service.
