Nate assisted us in acquiring a home 3rd row from the beach after retirement. He helped us realize our dream and how we could work getting a VA loan coupled with our desire to rent the home out in the summer. Nate Brown was our lender back in 2013 when we bought our first home. He was fantastic every step of the way and made the process a lot less scary and stressful than we feared. He was informative and prompt.and responsive. He has stayed in touch with us through the years, letting us know when rates drop or if it's a good time to refinance. Was great to work with at first; found good programs for me on my first purchase. I didn't think I could afford to buy a home until Nate showed me otherwise. For that I'm definitely grateful and impressed. However, afterwards has been a different story. He's incessant about asking for referrals from both me and my wife. Emails and texts, anything he has contact for. It doesn't stop. Mortgages aren't an every week thing, so why should we be asked for them just about every week sometimes? 🤷
