    I am currently on a cross country road trip with my partner and stopped into the service department with our 2013 Forester on Friday 6/17 because I thought that we had a sidewall bulge in two of our tires. I worked with an excellent member of the service department, and I unfortunately do not know his name otherwise I would 1000% be giving a shout out, who throughly went through our issues with us directly on the spot. With bulges on two tires, the official Subaru recommendation with the tread life we have remaining would be to replace all 4 tires, which is what I came in expecting. For a set of Goodyear tires and an alignment, we were going to be in for almost $1000, which for high quality tires, installation, and the alignment, is quite in line with what I would expect for dealer service pricing. The gentleman we worked with even found a coupon that we could apply for the alignment which he did not have to do. They were prepared to do the job for us right away, which was incredible as we would be leaving Nashville the next morning and continuing on our trip. The bulge on our tires was extremely slight, but we were acting out of an abundance of caution, and the person we worked with wanted to be completely certain that the work we had discussed was necessary, so he had gotten a manager, named Matt I believe, who has been working with tires for 18 years. After a thorough examination, again, on the spot, we were assured that the bulge we were seeing on the tires was actually from the seams of the Kevlar inside the tires as a result of production, and not any cause for concern. The team assured us that these tires were completely safe to drive on, and Matt even said he would feel comfortable driving his family in our car through the 1500 miles of desert driving that we had coming up. We left without paying a penny in probably only 30 minutes, and were extremely satisfied with the level of service and extreme honesty given to us by the team at Nashville Subaru. I typically do work on my own vehicles, but being on the road, I do not really have that luxury, so to see this level of honesty and information was incredibly comforting and above anything I could have expected. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to those in the Nashville area, and I wish I got the name of the person we were working with, because I believe that he and Matt both deserve raises. 10/10 service.

    Prior to relocating to Nashville from Florida, we began the process of purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek. Bob Wood was super helpful and kept in constant communication with my husband about the availability and delivery date and our car finally came in this week and Bob facilitated a smooth delivery.     I had one of the best customer service experiences ever with Geoff Booker. My car had an issue that had me coming back multiple times, partially due to the technician not getting to the root of the problem. Geoff advocated for me as a customer and we were able to come to an agreement for the multiple trips I had to take for the one issue that had me satisfied with the outcome. It was clear he put in the effort to make things fair and make the customer's interest first priority.

    Do you feel overwhelmed when shopping for a new vehicle? Does the process stress you out? If you are anything like me, then the answer is yes. I had been considering a new vehicle for quite some time. Unfortunately, my partner was in a wreck that totaled their car. We had done extensive research on what vehicles to consider and we narrowed it down to a Subaru. So we made a trip to Nashville Subaru off Broadway. After making an appointment, we were met with the friendliest and most genuine individual, Cliff Goetz. I say individual instead of “Car Salesman” because he never once made us feel like he just wanted to sell us our cars and send us on our way. We explained to him what we were looking for and the lifestyle we live. Cliff recommended an Impreza for my partner as it was comparable to her Nissan Sentra that was totaled. The Impreza is much more spacious than the Sentra and the trunk space is perfect for our weekend backpacking trips to the Smokies! As for my vehicle, I was in the market to replace my beloved Jeep Cherokee. I had researched the Subaru Forester prior to our visit and knew that was the vehicle for me. Cliff, my partner, and I sat down and went over our vehicles and their specifications in great detail. After confirmation, we signed the paperwork to order our vehicles. Throughout the time it took for my vehicle to arrive, Cliff kept me informed the entire time. When my Forester arrived a few weeks later, Cliff and I setup an appointment to finish the paperwork. I loved my Jeep Cherokee, but I love my Forester even more. The safety features are impeccable and it rides so much smoother. The technology specifications on it are top tier as well. I have had several vehicles in my lifetime and dealt with many dealerships. However, Cliff has absolutely been the best and I do not say that lightly as I am a very critical person. If I could rate Cliff at 1,000,000,000 stars, I would. If you’re looking for a person who cares not about the sale, but about you as a person and the vehicle that best suits you and your lifestyle, then Cliff is your guy, hands down!

    The thought of having to deal with the "stereotypical car salesman" leaves a bad taste in my mouth and kept me from going to get a new car for a while. But when I finally decided to get it over with, I was pleasantly surprised when we met with Bob Wood. Wasn't expecting to find a straight forward, mild mannered, level-headed human being. Got me in and out as quickly as he could, but made sure he took care of us even though he had to stay a bit late. Surprisingly smooth car buying experience.

    Great buying experience all around. Chris Knapp was great at answering questions while I was deciding between a few different cars. He didn't feel like a pushy salesman, and he was really knowledgeable about the car market in general. I really appreciated his candor, and our random conversations about things other than cars.     I took my car in for a couple of recalls which they resolved in a timely manner. While I was there I asked them to look into a problem I was having with my manual transmission. I was told there would be a diagnostic fee of ~$170 which seemed high but it was convenient and I figured worth it since it might be a weird problem and they specialized in Subarus. They ended up telling me I needed to have my whole clutch replaced for $2500+. When I called to ask them what the problem was all Tommy would tell me was “it’s a clutch problem and replacing it will fix the problem.” I almost did it but $2500 seemed high so told them I wanted to get another quote. Turns out that was very high, multiple other mechanics would do it for over $1000 less. But beyond the high quote, it turns out I didn’t even have a problem with my clutch. It was a simple $25 fix that a mechanic friend of mine quickly found. Beyond the high quote and likely intentional misdiagnosis, the diagnostic fee ended up being over $200 with hidden fees and one of the garage works was really rude by mocking me because I couldn’t remember what Tommy looked like from when I dropped the car off while ironically he clearly didn’t even know who Tommy was by name. I only recommend going here if you have a recall. Otherwise try to find a reputable mechanic because this one certainly isn’t.

    Shady and sorry business. Bought a used vehicle that immediately developed a bubble on the wheel and started making noises while driving, and the dealership made zero effort to right the issues. Would never recommend paying the premium to buy from this dealership. They do everything they can to make you believe you are buying a vehicle which has been properly inspected and serviced but that is simply not the case.

    Mr. Perry in fact has own this vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. All of our vehicles are properly inspected when we sell a vehicle. This vehicle did not have a bubble in the tire. There are many things that could happen in 200 miles and 2 1/2 weeks. Could have hit a pothole, curb, really anything that could bubble a tire up. We all know how the roads are in and around Nashville. Have a wonderful Day!!!!

    This is my second Subaru. Downtown Subaru “Nashville” lost the first sell, but they made up for it on the second! Cliff was awesome and took care of me like I was a VIP. I got everything I wanted in this 2022 Outback. The process was so easy all the way up to closing with finance. They may not be in a state of the art showroom, but their Subaru Family are Rock Stars!!

    Had two seemingly simple service visits on a 2019 Outback, and both went poorly: 1) They overinflated ALL my tires. I thought my TPM was broken but then I manually checked pressure and they were all overinflated. So I let out air to manufacturers specifications printed on the door and fixed it myself after scratching my head for a week. How does a dealership do this?! 2) Next visit for a simple oil change. $100, and since then my car has been leaking oil like a sieve to the point that my neighbors are complaining. My parking spots at work are all soaked with oil. Really?? I don't have much confidence if they can't get the little things right. Had a much better experience at Jim Burke in Birmingham, AL. Will try the location down i65 for any future service

    I would rate my experience at Nashville Subaru as extraordinary because the whole experience of looking at the car I have been researching for year, going through the purchasing process, and even after care has completely turned around the negative view that I had of dealerships in general. When I initially called the dealership to see if they had a 2021 Outback XT onyx edition, Michael Grizzard, put in the work to find out for me and called me back with an answer even if it was a no. Most of my experience with dealerships is that if they don’t have something to sell you, they will not call you back. Michael called me back and explained to me that the car I was looking for was at the dealer and had arrived that morning on the truck. It was a good thing too because I was already on my way to Nashville Subaru. When I arrived, Michael had already taken the time to put the car out so that I could see it. He genuinely divided his time to showing me the Outback and answering any questions that I had. I never once thought, or felt, that he was inconvenienced by me being there. His genuine behaviors and attitudes towards trying to share his love of Subaru with me really did show. When I arrived I have been researching the Outback for about a year, and I had even driven a 2020 model last year. When I arrived at Nashville Subaru, I was on the cusp of making that decision to purchase, or not to purchase. Michaels enthusiasm for Subaru was the tipping point for me making the decision to move forward with trading in my Ford for a Subaru. The whole purchase process was very easy. Michael thoroughly explained everything, and work with us through the process making it as stress-free as possible. Through this whole process, Michael shared thoughts and anecdotes about his experience with his Subaru Forrester, and with Subaru in general. I have never heard of someone talk about their car the way Michael day, and I knew in those moments that making the switch to Subaru was going to be a great experience. Even after having completed the whole purchase process, Michael still took the time to come outside and share even more about the vehicle that we had not discussed before. He had already made the sale and did not have to invest any more time if he didn’t want to, but he did. Even in the days and weeks after, he has reached out to me via text to get an update on any thoughts or concerns we might have about our purchase. Because of all of this, the negative view of dealerships that I have had, has been turned around by Michael Grizzard. This is also the reason why my family has taken to referring to him as Michael the Magnificent. My whole experience with Nashville Subaru so far has been an amazing one, and I hope to continue that relationship with Nashville Subaru. I would highly recommend that you call Nashville Subaru, and ask for Michael Grizzard by name. Don't make any exceptions, or settle for anyone else. I guarantee you, the genuine love this guy has for Subaru will show, and he will be the best guy to help you with your new purchase.

    It was a pressure free experience. I was able to walk onto the lot without car salesmen attacking me with keys and financing offers. Michael Grizzard was the salesman I dealt with, he was fair on pricing and easy going. “Go here” and do not waste your time with Subaru of Clarksville 🤮 unless you want to get screwed, pressured, or robbed of lots of money ($4,000 over mspr is what they were pushing on a vehicle I was interested in). Nashville Subaru has also stayed in contact with me to make sure I was enjoying my new ride and happy with my purchase. 👍

    Chris and the dealership were a pleasure to work with. I ordered a car with my specs in mid december and was told the car would arrive in mid February.     I’ve had my brake pads put on backwards and a brake caliper fall off because it was not screwed into place. I’d recommend avoiding Downtown Surbaru of Nashville at all costs—for purchase or service. It will save you time, money, and overall safety.

    The dedication to solution is part of the everyday with this Subaru dealer. That time you traded your green 2018 Subaru Outback for a 2020 Outback with a moon roof because it’s blue and it’s 2020 and everything needs to be blue. And you never even left your house - they just brought it to you and drove the other one away. And you signed the paper work in face masks and gloves in the driveway because of Covid-19.     I really don't know what part of leaving my vehicle outside of the service area on the sidewalk of Broadway during rush hour unattended with the keys in the ignition was a good idea. Nor the fact that I made an appointment several days prior, dropped my car off and waited several hours to be told there's not enough time in the day to service it. If you are too busy, just say no and provide an alternate date and time. I'm also really happy no one decided to help themselves to a car during all of this.

    I had a great sales experience at Downtown Nashville Subaru. My salesman was Arthur Jones. He was polite, professional and no pressure. He answered all my questions and followed up with me often as things progressed with the delivery of my vehicle.     Michael Grizzard and Jason in finance took every hesitation I had about getting a new vehicle and dealing with a dealership, and threw it out the window. This was a stressful, emotional, and fearful experience for me as it was essentially my first car purchase after 22 years in the same vehicle. Michael and Jason's honesty, patience, and understanding made this experience exceed any expectation I had. If they could be cloned and placed in dealerships around the country, the assumption that all car salesmen and dealerships are greedy, sleezy, and dishonest wouldn't exist.

    I just happened to drive by the Subaru dealership downtown, since I had never bought a Subaru, but heard great things about them. God was smiling on me, because I was helped by Arthur Jones, the nicest and most professional salesman I could ask for. I ended up buying a 2022 Impreza that I love!     We arrived for a 9 am appt that was scheduled last week. We specially asked and requested a loaner car and were told there would be one available. No one spoke us upon arrival not a good morning. We were told that our appointment was not in the system and that we would not be given a loaner car. The gentleman who checked us in made us explain what was wrong with the car when we had extensive notes from another Subaru we visited while on the road about what needed to be done, and that could have been typed directly into just notes. He refused. We have received some of the best service all summer with Subaru in different place as we did a tour of the country. And this visit really left a bad taste in our mouth and was super disappointing. I do believe we treated with minimal care because we are Black. We are now on the books with Darrel Waltrip Subaru in Franklin. So far the service they gave alone just over the phone made us feel much better.

    Anyone looking for an honest Dealership Downtown Nashville Subaru is the place for you. I have owned 98 vehicles since driving so I know a little about Dealerships. I have been a ford guy for sometime now and I have to say that the Outback we just purchased has it all over the 2016 Lincoln MKX we traded in.     I've owned my Subaru for over 5 years, bought it brand new and have never used anything but a Subaru dealership for work done on it. After moving to Nashville 3 months ago, I'm 0 for 2 in having a good experience with Downtown Subaru. My first experience was after the recent freeze knocked out my A/C. I thought I just needed a recharge, so I took it in and waited at the dealership. After an hour and a half I get a text asking if I want to add $800+ to my service stop and that I had 45 minutes to respond. So what happens in that 45 minutes? If I miss the text, does the car just sit there idly while I wait? And why not call or WALK INTO THE WAITING ROOM to speak to me?! That's a big decision that I'd rather talk to a person about than a couple of clicks on my phone. Of course I had the work done, as I need A/C, and it was seemingly done well... but the inconsideration of me sitting in the waiting room was frustrating to say the least. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for my oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be "a little over an hour", so I asked if I could be dropped off at my gym a couple of miles away. They did and I waited and waited while working out. Finally, I get **A TEXT** asking me if I want to add new tires to my service ($900+) and that I could respond within 45 minutes. Otherwise, my car would be done in an hour and a half. This is an hour and a half after I dropped it off the first time. So I called, again, wanting to speak to a person about big financial decisions and about why my car wasn't done with the initial reason I brought it in... only for service to not pick up after several attempts. I left a message and proceeded to walk home from the gym rather than be stranded there. Glad the weather was nice. About 40 minutes later (after not having my call returned) I called again, got through to service and was told that my car had JUST finished. How convenient. Finally, after arriving and getting to my car... the tires hadn't been rotated as requested. I guess I'll have to drive the extra 20 minutes to Franklin for good customer service.

    Tired of paying too much for a car? Want a reliable car that is safe and fun to drive? See Christian Hunt at Downtown Subaru. He loves to expedite deals and save you money like he did for us. This was our second Subaru Ascent and the buying experience was GREAT. Other dealers wouldn't deal off of MSRP, they wanted to quote "MARKET PRICING" which means they upcharge you "ABOVE" MSRP. In some cases more than $20,000 above MSRP. Take a few minutes and call Christian at Downtown Subaru like we did. It saved us money!

    Wish there was a Zero star option. These folks just handed us over to Hyundai next door and never looked back. We were never even shown a Subaru. Then the folks wouldn't even come down a dollar, when we had fifteen thousand cash to buy outright. Don't waste your time. The Manager of the used car lot asked me to email him so that we could resolve the issues. Y'all, he was full of how they tried to call us after the visit and did their best... Offered to hand me back to the same sales person and STILL never offered to show me a Subaru. Still don't waste your time. Going to a different dealership. This place has convinced us to buy NEW.

    located the vehicle i wanted online on a Tuesday. drove in from 3 hours away on a Saturday. worked out the details in between. all the paperwork was done ahead of time, just needed my signature once i arrived. in and out in about an hour, including a test drive and going over the features with the salesman Chris K.     BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Chris is phenomenal. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, quick to respond, and seems like he genuinely cares. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" something... he seemed like he just wanted me to find what I wanted. And I did!!! I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, so I probably spent a total of 6 hours at the dealership over a week's time (there was no delay or wait on their end at all, just me). And throughout that time, I also worked with Cliff, Mike, Mike, and Jason. Never did I feel rushed, pressured to make a decision, or to buy a certain vehicle. They let me look around, test drive, look online, etc. Everyone was wonderful. It was just a truly fun and enjoyable experience. I will always come back to them!!!!

    The Downtown Nashville service department is just flat out bad. High prices, poor customer service, long wait times, and the list goes on. I've lived in Nashville for nearly 4 years now and have visited 6 times for recalls and regular service, and have never had an A+ experience. Once a 3 hour recall turned into 3 days without my car. I've told their representatives multiple times that I purchased the Subaru extended warranty with the car, and yet they always try to charge you for things that are covered under warranty. Finally I decided to look into other options and found Darrell Waltrip Subaru in Franklin. They are better in literally every category. Very happy to have finally found a service center that I can trust, and will not be going back to Downtown Nashville Subaru.

    I had my Crosstrek in for service today and none of the employees were wearing masks. I couldn't believe it. We are now are peak daily new cases here in USA, and no attempt to put on a mask when speaking to me. I will find somewhere to get my car serviced from now on.

    Recently bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent limited from the downtown Nashville dealership. First off, the salesman was fantastic (Aurthur). Very informative and knowledgeable and extremely polite. The whole process was fast and efficient. I received a very fair amount for my trade and we were able to agree on a payment amount without all of the long drawn out, stressful, time consuming negotiating. I love the Ascent. We already have a 2020 Outback and we're looking for something a little larger with the ability to tow our boat. This is our third Subaru. Previously owned the forester. Nothing but good things to say about Subaru so far. During the last winter storm, the vehicle performed flawless in icy conditions. I have never been a huge fan of all the bells and whistles but some of the comforts on the limited edition are a blessing to have. We love the safety features that eyesight provide and it has protected me multiple times from distracted drivers. Overall, I will continue to be a loyal Subaru driver.

    I have had my car serviced here several times. My experience was okay each time. Everyone seemed very busy and I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff with my presence.     I have spent the last two months trying to find a vehicle since both of mine broke down one right after the other. After going through a bankruptcy finding a good car for a good deal seems almost impossible especially after either being denied for financing or getting offers with outrageous APR's and down payments until I spoke to Cliff at Downtown Subaru. Not only was he patient with me over the phone while I was at work dealing with my own customers, but he also took care of all the foot work never making me feel like an inconvenience. Then to top off my already good experience, Jason the finance manager was great to deal with, very down to earth and laid back making the experience that much more pleasant. He is happy to do what he does and VERY good at it.     Not the best experience I hoped for. I did pretty much everything up through financing a specific vehicle online that said was in stock. Scheduled a test drive over the weekend for Monday morning. Monday morning I took off work, drove a little over an hour to the dealership to find out not only was the vehicle not at the dealer yet (how do you test drive?) but someone put a deposit on it already. Was pretty disappointing since I specifically identified the vehicle with all of the online stuff. A simple email, text, or phone call could’ve saved a lot of time and effort on my part.

    I really enjoy having a Subaru but the experience at this location is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited 5 hours for a diagnostic test that cost an absurd amount and then was misquoted. Got my first oil change here and well before my mileage due date my car ran out of oil which forced my to go get oil from another location and pay more money. Never had this happen before with any other oil changing place. I’m never letting Subaru change my oil. It was perfect fine getting oil changed at Vavoline.

    I am glad that I picked this dealership over the other ones. Arthur Jones, answered all of my questions through the phone, didn’t try to coerce me drive down to the dealership before we could start talking about car prices and what my final out the door price was going to be. I got more than I expected for my trade-in, the above MSRP price was lower than the other dealerships, and I didn’t have to provide a “hold fee” in order to secure my car. I am glad that I went with Nashville Subaru.

    Bob is the best. He told the best way to go about getting my Crosstrek in the “easiest” way. Getting a Subi isn’t as simple as it once was. When it finally got here, he had the paper work all ready to go, making sure everything was perfect. Bob gave me consistent updates on when the car would get to the dealership.     Went to look at a car here and decided to take it to a mechanic before buying. When I returned from the mechanic and told the sales guy that all the rotors were bad he told me “oh I meant to mention that” and went on to inform me that they passed the safety test. So if you want to buy a car here make sure to have it looked at because they are not honest. I almost bought the car anyway because I really needed a car but my friends advised me not to because 4new rotors would be a big expense after just buying a car. When I was telling the sales man I wanted to take a day to think about it he kept pressuring me to go ahead and sign the papers to run my credit to get approved before I left. Would not recommend this place for first time buyers. I ended up going to Toyota of gallatin where I got a newer year less miles and a warranty for the same price and I don’t need 4 new rotors.

    A great experience!!! I needed to lease a new vehicle. Had to be Subaru. I stopped in to Downtown Nashville Subaru without an appointment last Tuesday morning. The Sales Manager Tim Anderson was able to find a sales person to help me immediately. Alex Wallis, the sales person represented himself and his dealership with true professionalism. I am a no nonsense person and I found Alex to be 100% transparent throughout the transaction. Disclaimer; I would not have leased this car here if I did not feel comfortable with my sales person. I have always owned and this was my first experience leasing a new vehicle. Naturally, I had many questions. All of which were met with objective answers and Alex did not waste a single second of my time. Alex did not flinch when I asked for the best deal possible. Alex was able to work with his team to take GREAT care of my needs. I left here as a truly satisfied customer. I would recommend Alex to my closest friends and family members. In my opinion, that is the biggest compliment any sales person can achieve. 5 stars!!! Go see Alex Wallis if you want a Subaru!

    I called Nashville Subaru looking for a new Ascent, and Chris Knapp picked up my call. He quickly let me know they were expecting some within a month or so. We did not have immediate needs for a car, so we scheduled a meeting with him to discuss the vehicles coming in. We found an Ascent Touring that met our preferences and about three weeks later our new car came in from the factory. Chris was very friendly, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. This is our first Subaru and we are very happy with our Ascent Touring!

    I just purchased a 2020 Subaru Crosstreck Premium with the help of Michael Grizzard Subaru Sales between him and David Spencer the Subaru sales Manager and Jason Arledge the finance manager. They got me into the Crosstreck with lower payments then my 2018 Toyota Rav-4 Hybrid!!! I am so excited they are the best! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. These guys answered all my questions and helped me understand everything they were doing. They just didn't rattle it off or say oh I don't know that's someone elses dept. they were soo patient with me when I was trying to decide which car I wanted. They all have a great sense of humor about stuff too! Def not "Suits" or stuff shirts.. They know what they are doing and are happy to share any info they know and or will look it up. they looked every where they could for a Blue car for me but, none were available or on the next truck so I got my second choice on color. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

    Honest as far as car dealerships go. My sales rep was very good, the only scammy thing the dealership did was sell some protection plan that offers effectively no coverage whatsoever during the final signing. They were able to get me a car from another dealership amid supply chain issues and I am happy with my Crosstrek.

    My son was rear ended by a wreck less driver- it practically totaled his Honda Civic. He needed a new car quickly for school etc. The salesman Chris at downtown Subaru was awesome! He really took the time with my son to go over all the features of the sedan and the Cross Trek. He finally picked the Cross Trek and he loves it. Chris followed up with him to make sure all features were working, and he knew how to use all the important safety features. He was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    My experience could not have been better! From start to finish, Cliff made me feel so safe, welcome, and like I was in total control of what I wanted and how I was going to get it. It was a long 2 days (not because of the business, just a lot of indecisiveness on my side) but I left with the crosstrek I wanted! I would recommend Cliff to anyone!     My daughter dropped off her '18 Crosstrek here yesterday, for a 10am appt to get 2 recalls fixed and the oil changed. She dropped it at 9:30. The recall notices estimated 2 hours total for both repairs. She had someone dro[p her off at 4:30 to pick the car up, but was told it wasn't ready. So she waited until 6pm, when they close, and was then told she will have to leave the car so they could finish tomorrow. This was not an option for her, so she told them she will need the car now. They told her none of the work had been completed!! Let her sit there for almost 2 hours with no communication. Then when she got down the road, she noticed the console had been damaged...they left something very heavy on the top of it, leaving two large indentions, which are still there this morning. I have called twice this morning, and have had to leave messages as no one answered the phone...except the receptionist, who is not on site! Very unprofessional operation!!! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! Please Scott Prudhomme Service Manager or Tim Kobal (not sure of spelling, these are the names the receptionist gave me) General Manager return my phone call TODAY!!! This needs to get resolved.

    Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Impossible to reach on the phone. You can leave messages all day, but they won't return your calls. I literally had to get a ride there just to get an update on my vehicle. The GM wouldn't take ownership for any of this either. He just kept making excuses. Word of advice: If you're short staffed, come in early or stay late to return calls and explain the situation to your customers. It's YOUR business! When I finally received a call back two weeks after dropping off my vehicle, they told me the reason for my electrical issues was because I ran out of gas, which never happened. They took the easy way out and were going to put me back out at risk on the road without even batting an eye. Do not trust these people with your vehicle. They don't care about their customers at all, and they definitely don't have our best interests in mind.

There was no excuses made but apologizes for the outcome. I offered to have another tech look at vehicle as you were not satisfied with diagnosis. I do have all the documentation that was submitted to Subaru for the case showing our diagnosis which would cause the lights on the dash to come on. I can assure you that the well being of our customers are absolutely at top awareness. Again I apologize that we could not full fill your expectations and have a better outcome that was satisfactory to your needs.

    I purchased a 2021 Subaru a few months ago and I was so impressed with the quality of service I received. I’ve always dreaded having to go through the process of buying new cars because of pushy salespeople, but Cliff was everything I could have asked for in a salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and funny which made the whole process of filling out tons of paperwork actually enjoyable. I decided around noon on a phone call I wanted a new car, got to the dealership around 5pm and by 7pm I was driving off the lot. If you’re in the market for a new car or if you just want to check out some Subarus, ask for Cliff and he will definitely do his best to answer all of your questions and get you in a new car that you can actually afford.

    I do not know where to start, but first of all Subaru Of Nashville was by far the best dealership out of at least 10 or more that I was trying to work with. My salesman was Cliff and there are not enough stars to rate him, Cliff is very easy to talk to , personable and very genuine. This was the first new car I have ever purchased and Cliff was so informative and knowledgeable that he made this scary process a pleasure. I never felt pressured, they were able to get me the best interest rate from all the dealerships I was looking at and had the exact car I was looking for. I am now a proud owner of a 2021 Subaru Forester that I named Fern . When we arrived at the dealership they had Fern all detailed and shiny , Cliff gave us a great tour of Fern and her attributes, helped me set everything up. Cliff even checked in on me and Fern to see how everything was going .So if you are looking for a new car go to Subaru of Nashville and ask for Cliff , you will not be sorry, the best by far.     I love my new Crosstrek! I'd been searching for one for MONTHS in multiple states until coming here. They didn't have a ton in stock on the lot, but Arthur Jones went out of his way to find me the exact one I wanted. He's my favorite car salesman that I've met in my life. Truly. In my past experience, salesman could be really pushy about wanting to sell me a car that day. Arthur was respectful of my time and needs.     I cannot overstate how terrible this place is. I have gone in there twice for an oil change where they spilled so much oil that it was billowing smoke as it burned off my engine. I took it to a different Subaru where they had to detail my engine to get most of the oil off. The Nashville Subaru said they would reimburse me but they NEVER did. Even when I followed up and they took my credit card number I never saw the money. Another time, I went to get something fixed on my car. I waited for three hours only for them to say they didn't even look at the problem. They said that I'd have to come back another time but that they were booked for the next few weeks (I had already waited two weeks for an appointment). I will never go back if I can help it.
