MyUSA Credit Union W Dorothy Ln, Dayton

My husband and I paid off a Credit Builder Loan we established last week, and the funds we’ve saved are still on hold. My husband has been trying to contact them to release the funds since 10/4, and has been told (5) separate times that “no one was available”, and that “someone would call [him] back [that day].” He did not receive a call back until 10/9, at nearly closing time (11:55AM), and the person who called wasn’t even able to assist him! He was told he’d receive a call back on 10/12 to get the funds released, but he hasn’t received a single call, nor a return call to the multiple calls he’s placed throughout the day. At this point, because we paid off the balance and haven’t received our deposit, My USA Credit Union is stealing from us. It is wrong and we demand our funds and answers or we will take this to court.

I would rate MINUS STARS if I was given the option. Absolutely deplorable. Try to call their office - GOOD LUCK! Call the office number and get put into the automated system that cyles endlessly. Press 0 and waited for 15 minutes - NO ONE ever comes to the line. Call again - waited 8 minutes - Still no response. Start dialing extensions to try and get any HUMAN - - NOPE cannot leave a message on this line. Finally get to leave message and the outgoing message for this "Member services representative" says, ' only work part time - leave detailed message and I will get back to you.' There is NO WAY for me to use the online site as I have never logged in - since My Usa took over for my previous credit union. I do not want to OPEN a new account - I have one! i cannot get anyone from MY USA on the phone or to call me back. It is my opinion that the public would want to AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION - as their follow up and customer service leave A LOT to be desired. Furthermore - I have a savings account (because I was forced to do so to maintain my credit card) and the savings account transfered from my former CU - Get my USA statement to find I am being charged $10 for inactivity account fee! You have my money in savings because it was required -- If -- NO WHEN I can ever get a person on the phone -I will be CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT & I will be canceling my credit card as well. Already went in and spent my online rewards points - because I can still log into that acount. Lets see how long it takes for them to reply to the email and the google review since NOTHING ELSE SEEMS TO BE WORKING! Dissatisfied customer - Clearly. Good luck to those that elect to do business with them!

Most incompetent business ever. I’ve had to file three BBB complaints on separate occasions. Do not waste your time or energy. I’m exhausted after dealing with them for a year and have closed out all of my accounts. They have made multiple cumbersome mistakes and decline to take responsibility or rectify the situation, every time. Further, you’re lucky to be able to even speak to a representative when you call.

I have been on hold with Kettering office for over 20 mins!!
