Huntington Bank Far Hills Ave, Dayton

I cannot speak for the branch. But I can say that huntington.com is blocked in many countries outside the US including Lithuania, an EU country. What's more the "customer service" personnel refuse to help a client (me) when the site is not accessible. If you travel, avoid this bank. In fact, if you don't travel avoid this bank

After calling 20 minutes before arriving to confirm that a banker would be available to help me create a new bank account, I had the frustration and honestly I also felt disrespected by the level of unprofessionalism provided. No one cared to notice us for 8 minutes and the excuse used was; because was already 4:20 PM On a MONDAY, it was too late because instead of taking 30 minutes to open a new account( info provided during phone call), now 45 minutes to 1 hour was necessary. Huge waste of my time, miles and gas. Hopefully this branch can improve next time.

Opened an account online and I need to to make a deposit and ask a few questions. The staff was courteous and answered all my questions. It's also nice to get a customized atm card at no extra fee (Indy Colts for me, Humane Society for the hubby).

Place is literally a joke. Poor customer service that wont work with you. I'm so glad they aren't my primary bank, noting but problems since day 1.

They greet me using my first name when I walk in the door which is less than once per month.

Do NOT waste your time at this branch! I went to open an account about an hour before closing time and the staff redirected me to open an account "online". Using the information they gave me, I started the application process, and who would have guessed? The website redirected me to go see one of the branches in person to open an account. The customer service is a joke. Will not come back again. I would rate it a ZERO if I could!

Well for starters if you are trying to take care of some simple business do not go here. They will refuse to serve you, and they will do it with the most smug attitude. I have never been so miss treated before at a bank where people are to be proper and respectful. If you are looking to be cared about and respected do not come here. Seriously these people have the service the equivalent of McDonald's on third shift.

Very rude bank. Went in to cash a clients check and they had me sign my social security card then once I complied with their request they refused to cash the check threatening to call the police. I was planning to open a account here next week but I now know better.

Great customer service from the gentleman working the drive-thru today around 2-230! Made my day!

Friendly staff, but they really need a drive through atm.
