I have found My Education Solutions when they were still My Debt Free Angels and they truly lived up to their name. At the time I signed up, I was a single parent making a $900 payment on on student loans and I was desperate for help. I remembering signing up over the phone and my mouth dropping to the floor when they told me my new payment was $320!! Over the years, the staff has been so kind, patient and helpful with being an advocate their clients. I was also able to attend a couple of meet and greets and it was neat to hear from the founder how she started her journey to help not only her fiancé but many, many others!! I want to give a shout out to Leah A. for her support and kindness throughout the years, especially during my annual renewal time. I just found out that I have completed my 120 payments and I am over the moon!!! Thank you MES for helping me get my life back many years ago and now I am finally free from my student loans!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!

I came to my Education Solutions when they were a newly minted company in San Antonio with student loan debt that had been compounding monthly with high interest rates for more than 10 years. After meeting the Education Solutions CEO At a Bexar County event convinced me to transfer my student loan debt to where it was reduced by over $40,000. Education Solutions enrolled me in a income based payment plan. As of October 2021 i am student loan debt FREE. My ES advisor personally called me and sent me my letter of student loan Freedom. This debt freedom has helped me clear my credit card debt and make homeImprovements that I could not afford.

Im giving this 4 stars only because Carter and Alexa have been such a great help in making sure my profile is up to date and answering any questions I may have. Carter and i seem to always be playing phone tag but he leaves voicemails and emails when he gets the job done. Alexa was very helpful the other day with answering any questions I had and updating my information as well. In the last couple months with other reps (if i could remember her name to put it down I would but i don’t) wasn’t very helpful in hearing my concerns or trying to help me and was very rude on the phone. Never really had any other issues, the process to enroll was easy. But again, Carter and Alexa are awesome. Thank you for your help.

Very quick to respond to inquiries, they don't avoid your call very timely with What require as for documents needed, I would recommend them for future Business.

This business charges $50/month for a service that is offered for free by Fed Loan Servicing. For that monthly fee, My Education Solutions is supposed to pay your student loans and manage your account. However, in the last six months, they have failed to do this for me. They have collected their fee, but they have not collected and paid my monthly payment to the Federal program. While the Federal Government has issued a temporary deferment, I would like to continue paying the principal of my large loan. However, I cannot get My Education Solutions to follow through with the payments. I find this business to be irresponsible and unnecessary. For me, it is a scam.

I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree and I was looking into repayment options for my student loan to try to save money.The woman I worked with was Angel Martinez, as she was professional, helpful and knowledgeable with repayment plans that would help me save money.
