Its ok only issue is they put me in a collections before i could pay my balance off of 200.00 dollars on a loan and this was doing the pandemic. Called and told them that was unfair and sounded stupid when i asked why... But the loan officer was biased... Never bank with them again.

I must say my opinion about this bank. I think the customer service should be retrained you don’t make a customer wait thirty minutes and shout out loud that your not waiting on anyone else and slam the door! I will tell my friends and family to not to do business with this credit union!
