Scott Greenlee was the mortgage banker for Mutual of Omaha that helped me. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He provided updates every step of the way and guidance on the various options available to me. He was knowledgeable and helped me understand how to navigate the refinancing process as smoothly as possible. I felt encouraged even when there was uncertainty. Scott's constant communication and persistence in making sure I understood what was being asked and submitting things in a timely manner really helped push me to closing. In early November 2021, I started this rather lengthy journey of re-financing my house. I went into it thinking that this was going to be a quick and easy thing to do. I was not looking to sell my house, but wanted to lower my house note, pay off a few bills, get a lower rate and possibly have a little left over for some repairs on my house. I reached out to Mutual of Omaha, a trusted name for many years in my family. Steve Presson is who I made contact with. Like many things in my life, the journey was not as easy as I thought it would be. I am Thankful everyday that I was able to get the perfect person to help me. My previous mortgage company, Select Service, made it as difficult as possible for the both of us. Steve stayed in constant contact with me, took over dealing with Select Service and made a very difficult situation for me to handle much easier. He dealt with missing information, missing paperwork and unorganized personnel from Select Service, not to mention dealing with a 75 year old woman with NO technical expertise or ability to maneuver on the internet. It took 3 months to gather all the information and needed paperwork from Select Service and we were finally able to close with Mutual of Omaha on January 21, 2022. I am now in a better financial position, in a mortgage I can afford, locked into an interest rate that is fixed, paid off bills, starting my home repairs and have some money in the bank. Thank you Steve Presson for working for me like I was a family member. For going what I feel like above and beyond what his job required. He never got angry with me, even though there were times that I thought it was never going to happen. He never gave up on me or the task at hand. I will refer anyone and everyone that asks to Steve for any of there needs.

Matt Newton was so professional and knowledgeable about my specific refi needs. He was always timely responding to my questions and guided me step by step, even taking extra time to suggest ways to lower other expenses such as insurance info. Throughout this process he made me feel confident and comfortable, I even learned to become a little tech savvy! Thank you Matt for basically changing my life. I am so pleased with the service I received from Josh Miller in regards to my refi. Mr. Miller was there every step of the way, contacting me daily or every other day weather he was at the office or out of the office to let me know status and the progress of my loan. I wanted to refinance my home, and worked with Dan at Mutual of Omaha. The whole refinance experience easy and understandable. Dan was very helpful and patient answering my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to refinance or finance a home. And in fact, I already have. It is employees like him that make this company successful.

Never once did I feel pressure to sign or get pushed towards a product that was not what I wanted or needed. Matt Bauer was easy going and provided great communication and service through out the loan process. I much prefer his approach to customer service than most I dealt with in the past. “Pressure sales” is not part of the program at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. The phone app was a huge game changer and allowed me to expedite some of the forms and info required to complete the process.

The Loan Officer Dennis Lee’s was amazing. He was engaged, informative and the reason I stayed with the process. My rating would have been a full 5 stars but the title company was terribly slow and it felt like my refinance documents were the first they’d ever tried to do. Dennis kept me motivated and assured that he’d get this done and done correctly. He made good on his promise. Dennis is 5 stars if I could rate him without anything else !

Matt has been very courteous and responsive to my questions about refinancing my investment properties before and after closing. He’s provided so much information and offered a lot of options. He could really explain any question you might ask. I couldn’t say enough good things.

Easiest loan/refinance I have ever done! I was a bit nervous doing everything online, but Lauren Moushey was a pleasure to work with, and I got exactly what was promised. Several other companies offered me a loan, but did not give me a good interest rate up front; they said they would match any lower offers, but basically, someone had to give me a better rate first. I was so insulted! Mutual of Omaha gave me a great rate up front, sent a notary to the house for the final paperwork and deposited my funds right into my checking account. Dylan Estes was great, honest. i would recommend him to my friends and family. He was patient and explained the entire process several times with my wife an I. My husband contacted Jeffery Leckrone to talk about a VA Refinance in 2019. We refinanced over a year ago and it was so easy. We began the process to refinance our home mortgage in July 2020 with Wells Fargo. Without a doubt it was one of the worst experiences anyone could have. I wasn't looking to refinance my home. I was just curious about what the rates were last month. I was contacted by a whole slew of companies trying to get my business. I answered the call from Josh Miller at Mutual of Omaha and told him I wasn't looking to refinance. He was very nice about it. I decided to let him talk and tell me what he could do for me out of curiosity. Within a few minutes of his polite conversation, I decided to refinance and move ahead with him. He got me what I wanted including a nice low rate for a 30 year fixed rate. Josh is extremely helpful. Not at all overbearing or pushy.
