Katherine is an expert in navigating VA type loans for service members. She was able to secure us a VA loan with little confusion! This is about the most incredible loan officer I have ever dealt with. The staff in this office is professional and amazing! I can't begin to put into words the professionalism, going above and beyond, the attention to detail, the personalized, the empathy, care and understanding that I received from Pete Hayes and his processing staff! Simple extraordinary, incredible, amazing! This is a journey that began over 18 months ago when I was trying to buy a home that was leasing. With the onset of COVID, issues with FHA and student loans, etc. Pete worked with me and the sellers in owner financing the property until I could refinance! Well, happy to say that all worked out great! They gave me 24 months to refinance - Pete and I started the refinance process May 5, 2021 and concluded it on July 23, 2021!
