Henry Hong of Mutual of Omaha was our mortgage lender and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service, knowledge and thoroughness my wife and I received from him. He is always easy to reach and remained approachable throughout the entire process. He was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had so we would never feel lost. Our mortgage was approved seamlessly and we closed on our first house without any problems. Henry will definitely be our lender for all our mortgage needs.

From my very first contact with my loan officer (ZB Stryjecki), I felt that I was being heard and being provided with accurate and useful information regarding the loan application status. ZB was quick to respond to my emails and calls; he explained everything during the process, and he did exactly what he said he would do from intake to closing. He was confident, supportive and reassuring which I truly appreciated. My loan was processed faster than I've ever known one to be. I wish to add that Caitlin Hernandez was also very responsive. She was on top of all documents and helped to process my refinance in what may be record time.

I can not appreciate more the service and help from ZB and Omaha mortgage, this process was so easy that we even noticed. I would recommend and refer anyone to work with them in the near future.

The consistent guidance/communication we received from Natalie, Mary, and their team during both the pre-appoval and closing process was top notch. Specifically, in regards to the ability to use the VA loan for our purchase. The Mutual of Omaha app is clear and concise. It makes working through all of the documents that must be submitted a breeze and makes it obvious where things stand. We will no doubt use Natalie again in the future.

Allen Trochowski, my loan officer, was always on top of my loan making it feel more personal. He always had an answer and if he didnt he was quick to get me answers. He also always sounded happy to hear from me anytime whether it was early am or 10 pm. All around an enjoyable guy to talk to.
