They were able to answer questions I has about easements on my ranch property. They were also my closing agents on this property a year ago. Very pleased with them.

They got the job done, however, it was sloppy and extremely slow. We closed on the property and it took days before it was sent to the courthouse. The filing missed the deadline for the county tax filings and I got stuck with the tax bill. Money was removed and credited to the buyer who should have received the tax bill. If it went to the County Clerk on time, I would not have received the tax bill. When I called and asked for some kind of help, it was treated like, oh well, your tuff luck. I won't use them again.

Extremely unfriendly and rude, especially Myranda. She blows off her customers' concerns and then trys to tell them it's their fault when called on it. Go elsewhere if you want decent service.

As a seller keep an eye on title examinations. The owner, who is a lawyer?, handed me a bill for this fee, knowing the fee belongs to the buyer. They threatened to attach a lien if we didn’t pay. We were forced to remove our home from market for two weeks until it was resolved. The other employees are professional and easy to work with but double check everything and get an outside opinion if something doesn’t look right. Also if your buyer backs out don’t let Musselman release their earnest until they pay for the services they had ordered. This includes the survey or pre abstract if the buyer didn’t make the seller have this cost. They will try to stick this on the sellers house as well.

We closed on our house a couple of days ago. The lady we worked with was very friendly. Very helpful and informative. Took us around an hour to do everything.
