Municipal Credit Union Linden Blvd, Queens

I came here in a few weeks to go to open a new account, and the representative is very helpful. Her name was Sabrina. As I walked in, I was created by someone who I assume to post a security guard, he showed me where to sign in and have a seat. Sabrina took me into her office and explained the process to me thoroughly and she answered every questions I had. I am extremely pleased with this location.

Sent me to another branch knowing all other branches are buy appointment only and i was told the teller forgot to request a new card for me.

The new facility is magnificent. Fortunately for me, it’s a right across the street from Capital One- my other bank- so I can transfer cash quickly and safely. This facility helps take pressure off the nearby MCU on Springfield & Merrick. I hate going there because it’s always crowded and the machines always have problems. I LOCE THIS BRANCH and I will use them for my next mortgage.

I really like doing business here. Until yesterday when I walked in and saw one of the associates that had given me problems at the other branch. Springfield. Her Attitude was to me upon opening and account was no! You can’t join this branch. You not qualify.

Brand new Municipal Credit Union. Everything inside is new. Had a problem with the ATM machine and had to see a teller. Staff was courtesy and friendly. Not as busy as the other Municipal Credit Union on Springfield Boulevard. They have a decent parking lot in the back.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Apply online bill consolidation the loan officer doesn't respond to emails therefore went into the branch big mistake 😬 that went nowhere. (I was approved) sharing my experience Tried to get a personal loan that didn't go nowhere, when I say didn't go nowhere communication with persons is very poor, noone calls you back forget trying to get information on status of your account. Via calling ☹️😟🥺VWait time is 120 minutes after holding andyou finally get to speak Marsha answers saying you should have pressed option 3. There you go black people trying to get a loan is not easy again system is not designed to be easy it's going to be very difficult. Again am holding for 134 minutes, something is wrong with this.

Recently applied for a car loan here for the low rates and was met with some problems due to a lack of proper documents. However, the staff, and especially Jessica, have really went above and beyond to do their best to help me with completing the loan at such a low rate! Definitely consider this place to be one of the best MCU branches.

Great service! The people there work fast to help you. The bank is clean and spacious and lovely. Staff is incredible. Tiera B. helped me set up and account and she was super efficient and helpful.

Excellent service and staff. Ms. White is courteous and efficient. Spacious for single and double stroller use. Ample parking in rear and a short walk to store/bank front.

Very good. Opened an account a few weeks ago and the people who work there know their stuff. Nuff said.
