    Worst service ever in a bank. Lines out the door and over a hour wait just to see a teller or rep in the back! Only reason I’m here is because my Mcu card just decided to no longer work in atm or to pay bills.. Now I’ve been here since 12 and it now 2pm and I still have 5 people in front of me. One of the agents looked at the line and rolled her eyes .. but it’s not the peoples fault they are coming to the bank it’s Mcu fault for not having enough employees to deel with there clients .. I waited a half hour just to get my name singed in to be seen….. the service really need help. I’m def moving Mcu down the list for holding my money …

    This bank deserves 0 stars. I will NEVER do business with this bank. After helping a family member sort through a situation I witnessed how this Municipal Credit Union bank is careless, has very poor follow-up and after my family members trying to contact the bank on 19 occasions and looking for a response this bank gets back to him 3 weeks after seeking help. Never will I work with this bank never ever and I will be sure to share with friends and loved ones how terrible this bank is and the poor professional business they practice.

    The lines are crazy long. Good thing they deal with older folks because they have much more patience. I believe they should have a seating area for folks who cannot stand for long periods of time, for you WILL be waiting atleast 20-30 on the line.

    This Mcu bank is the Worse ever! Moving forward I would have to move my money to capital one bank. In addition to always being crowded the tellers are not welcoming and rude!

    Horrible customer service, with an appointment you’ll wait for hours. Without an appointment you’re going to be waiting even longer. MCU itself is a great bank, but customer service is horrible.

    Although the wait is extremely long and the tellers are no help! Straight answers “go online make an appointment they can’t help you today” regarding a missing debit card that i been waiting for to be mailed over 5 weeks! I decided to shoot my shot and speak to a young lady working on the floors her name is Stephanie M! If everyone had her customer service the world would be a better place! Thank you

    Please please please treat your members /clients with kindness and respect by providing us better service. This place is appalling. They always have Super long lines for the teller since they have 7 teller windows but only 3 or 4 tellers working at any given time. Unfortunately some of us are forced to do those crazy long teller lines due to the lack of working ATM’s outside. And The ATM inside the bank won’t event take deposits of any kind( another reason for the long teller lines!) It’s a hot mess ! And forget about online banking!( that’s chaotic ) and you can’t even get a human being on the phone- ever! Other banks do not treat their members like this…

    Disgusted, both my parents and my sister have memberships with MCU. I always have a issue with my account. I can't even print statements because of a bankruptcy from 2015 which has nothing to do with my checking account that you have no problem when the $ is in their. I needed some statements and they wanted to charge me $2 per statement because they blocked my account from allowing me to print them. I will be canceling my membership as well as my sister and father.

    The period of waiting time in this MCU bank is two long and too slow. Every time I come here, I need four hours to be out . This is ridiculous.Bank has a lot of employees but they in slow motion.... They're taking their sweet time.... They not welcoming.They are no friendly. That is not nice for a business! .. ..

    My experience with MCU has been terrible. The online appointment maker is glitchy. At times, I am unable to request an appointment. When I am able to request an appointment, I only get one specific date which is 7 or more days after the date that my request is made. The allotted times are during the workday, which means I would have to take off of work just to conduct business at the bank. Accessibility to physical locations and ATM machines have decreased in my area due to branch closures. The lines are long and telephone wait times are even longer. Dealing with this institution is a headache.

    Waiting periods are terrible. Out of 7 customer service windows at 9am on Friday morning only 2 are open. Waiting lines are stagnant. The worse place you ever wanna have to go to. When inhad to call them on 2 occasions I had to be on hold for 1 hour to get a live customer service personel. The services here are horrible.

    Never in my over ten years with banking with MCU have I ever encountered such an awful & unprofessional service from an employee, especially a Teller. Not only did she have an attitude and was trying to go back & fourth with me, in regards to a matter that was corrected last year on my account from MCU but she also had the audacity to respond by saying she’s doing me a favor and said my first name isn’t what it is , although my entire name is on the account , which she also confirmed. Smh Lol. When I also requested $40 back from my check the Teller Ketarrie, responded by saying that they don’t offer cash back. I was soo confused. Anyways let me just end by saying I will have to make another unnecessary trip to MCU via appointment because of the same issue that should have been corrected last year. Considering closing my accounts.

    Long and unnecessary wait times. I have been here for over an hour waiting for a new card. The only reason why i gave 2 stars was because of an employee named stephanie m came to the rescue and got everybody who was waiting hours a new card within 10 minutes. she know how to get the job done

    I been a member for over 40 years. No bank is perfect but look into the security options and availability. Staff works hard, MCU been around a very long time!

    Empoyees are friendly. Nothing against them, but long lines, the coin machine is always broken. Need to make a appointment to speak to someone at a desk.They should get it together. Can't blame the virus on everything.

    This is absolutely a horrible bank. I've bank with them more years then I should have. Even calling customer service, the wait times are typically 50 minute +! The smallest thing they will lock your card and then have to sit on the phone for an hour to speak to someone 🙄

    This is the worst possible bank to deal with. There is always something wrong with my acct for which I have to call. Wait times on the phone are over an hour and at the branch everyone has to shout their personal banking info thru the glass while people wait in long lines behind them. I have been with this bank for many years but I will be closing my account today and telling everyone I know and love to choose any other bank
