They were able to guide me throughout the financing process and they were able to provide my commitment letter within a short time frame. Used this company for literally 30 years. New ownership started my mortgage in Oct... after many attempts of a closing date they called and said they couldn't do my loan 2 months later. Last the interest rate, credit score cause had to file through another company. His lame excuse why he couldn't choose was all BS ... called numerous other company's they never heard of the BS he was telling. So disappointed... miss original owners.
