I do not recommend doing any business with Tammy Troup. At first she seemed nice and very knowledgeable. We are a couple willing to pay cash for a home if not approved for a mortgage. We had a few negatives on our score and Tammy had us submit to her paid receipts so she could get a rescore and never responded to us. We had to cancel our travel reservations to look at homes because Tammy didn't respond. It's been a week since she's ignored us so we decided to call a manager and see what is going on. The manager seemed nice and explained everything well. We appreciate her honesty and knowledge. We will be buying a home with cash. It was unprofessional how Tammy hasn't responded to us or followed up as she promised. I'd expect to at least get a text saying she's working on it so we weren't left hanging. I don't recommend doing business with her. I hope the higher ups see my review and to ensure this doesn't happen again. It's bad for business and it can ruin a chance of them having one more customer and can gain them a bad review.

The staff of Movement Mortgage are very attentive and responsive. They work very hard to help clients. My family has worked with them twice now over the span of 3 years and received nothing but fantastic service.

I have a beautiful wife and 5 children. We, (I), made some not great financial decisions as a young man and thought we would need to wait another 2-3 years before we could purchase a home. We searched around and Janelle found her "dream home". My financial/credit status was not great (teacher and school loans, bla) and it was SUPER tight, but as problems came up, Tammy kept rolling with the punches and reassuring us that she would try everything to find a way to make it and work, and she did. We got the house and it truly has set my family on a new path! Would recommend to anyone.

This place is very awkward in how they handle their customers. I literally kept having to send and resend documents, leading up to closing I thought everything was great, closed on the house then received a call that my mortgage was incorrect had shuffle out 1378, because they didn't add my home insurance into the loan wish was supposed to be escrowed. And didn't not have because they told my I would get money back and everything was good. And this was a week before the closing date. I don't as very pissed because I asked that lady questions almost every single. Day. To the point where I felt annoyed. And when I tried calling Tammy she didn't answer or call me back. So now lucky my insurance company decided to help me resolve the issue unlike the person who actually made the mistake. And I feel that was very unprofessional! I can't say I would recommend anyone to this place. And I'm disappointed to have done business with them.

Tammy is amazing and knows her stuff!
