I just closed on my refinance for my house and it went super smooth. I have a heloc loan on my house and they worked with my bank and made everything work great. I would totally recommend using Move Mortgage. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make sure my loan was right for me. I would for sure use them again in the future. I hope you do too.

Michael Moghaddam (Loan officer), Mike Krueger (Loan Engineer), and Briauna Donnelly (Processing Engineer) were amazing to work with for both our home purchase and our refinance 6 months later. Michael not only got us the best interest rate, but he helped us decide how much to put down during the refinance to keep more money in our pocket! I loved that I had the convenience of completing all the paperwork online, from applying to closing, but still had an actual real person so text and email with when I had questions or wanted a status update. As a first time home buyer, we never expected we would go through the most horrible experience, to say the least it was a nightmare! A previous lender called us on closing day to not go because we would not close. Turns out he didn’t even submit the docs in underwriting! and didn’t approve me with a co-signer! Tiffani Queneau was so incredibly helpful during the home financing portion of buying my first home. She took the time to explain all the financial components that going into buying a home, was quick and responsive, and went above and beyond to provide resources to help me make the best financial decision for me and weigh pros and cons. I was skeptical of Move Mortgage at first because I was requested a quote online through through Zillow. While Zillow seems to be reliable and reputable, I did feel apprehensive that it was a scam and expected red flags. Thankfully, that was not the case at all. I never had to pay out of pocket for their services, they were way more helpful, responsive, and informative than any other home mortgage quotes got from traditional brick-and-mortar, and best of all they got me a rare way lower than rates I got quotes on from other companies! Very happy and grateful to Tiffani and Move Mortgage. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend them to others.

Jeff and Shanel with Move Mortgage did a fantastic job handling our refinance. My wife and I are retired, so we didn't think there was a way to take advantage of today's low rates. But Jeff was able to come up with several options that worked for us. He helped us to put in applications to several loan companies that seemed to have the best rates, and selected two companies that were the most promising, focusing on them as a primary and a backup in case the primary fell through. We have never had anyone previously take the extra time to shepherd two loans applications through simultaneously, locking one while allowing the other to float in case rates came down. This was gave us an extra option and real peace of mind while making sure we got the best rates possible. He walked us through the entire process, explaining each step in detail along with showing us our rate options, and explaining the pros and cons of each. And he was always looking to save us money, doing several things for us that ended up reducing our closing costs significantly. Communication was excellent, which we have found is rare in this business. He was always proactive in keeping us updated through the process, and readily available whenever we had questions.
