I am trying to rebuild my credit and i have a couple of major purchases i need to make. I saw One Main Financial on credit karma and my odds were "excellent" and it also mentioned that it might help build my credit if I applied. However just like every other shady lender out there they denied me. So the moral of the story is....don't get your hopes up.

I was told I was approved twice then I was called back and told that wasn't the case. If you want to have a hard credit pull for no reason and be given the run around go to One Main Financial. Don't waste your time with this company.

Jiselle herself was excellent. I enjoyed her. One Main financial overall can go ..themselves. I make 20,000 more this year then I did several years ago and I was approved then even with student loans. I hate this place and would give the managers and whoever else makes the final rulings a negative 1.

Veronica was amazing. She was on top of my loan despite the many challenges with the application. Their call center gave me alot of misinformation, which Veronica cleared up. I wasnt in the best mood due to this and some back and forth between them and my car dealership, however Veronica maintained professionalism and a smile. For this I am grateful! Thank you for getting this taken care for me!!

Horrible experience! I walked in the guy at the front desk turns his back on me nobody acted like they wanted to help me. Spoke to the manager who seemed to give me the runaround waited 3 weeks for them to respond and each week it was something different until I got fed up and asked to cancel my application which she did and sounded happy to do it. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially someone of color! If I could give them negative stars I would.

I worked with this branch on a vehicle loan. It was alot of work to get the seller and us in and out for paperwork. They were always up front with what we needed to do to get the loan. After the loan went through it has been zero problems. I've called several times since then and they have always cheerfully answered questions or concerns.

Quite honestly I would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting a whole week after being told he only thing left to do was approve my loan, my account had been passed along to someone else (without telling me) and they kept asking for things they already had. Moreover, the lady I was passed along to was very rude and treated me like some kind of scam even though I had clearly told her the situation of my raise not happening for a month. As a result I did not get the loan (due to the incompetence of this company), wasted 2 weeks of my time, and brought down my credit score. I would not recommend.

Did NOT have a good experience ill keep it as short and sweet as possible . . . . . . Took out a loan. Maybe 6 months down the road was approved for another loan with a better rate. Asked for a written payoff amount as per requested from new lender. I addition to the payoff amount i made an additional payment online the night before. New lender submitted payment. A week later, One Main declares i owe them an additional payment. I disputed the amount through their corporate office and the Better Business Bureau. Both BBB and corporate judged not in my favor! Absolutley WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company. My account to this day remains u resolved.

Sharon has been taking care of my financial needs for many years. She is amazing! Adding CoCo to the team was a great addition. They are always freindly, professional, and it's always a quick easy process. This company has been there for my husband and me through the good times and the bad. We are now very financially set, and appreciate One main getting us there! Thank you ladies! Barb

Very professional, yet very friendly made my borrowing very easy, Tiffany was a gem, wish they were a Bank. I’d recommend everyone to go to them ads long as you can handle your payments. You gals are the best. Love y’all
