Mountain West Bank N Division St, Spokane

Amazing bank with amazing services. Highly recommend. Associated with Glacier Bank in a sister bank model. If you hub out of MT, get these fine bankers on your side.

Waste of my time. I explained my situation on the phone and was assured everything was good. Put my faith in their word only to be told something different. Could not help me at all. Put me in a bind.

I have a different review on the other mountain west location in Spokane. They are always nice and considerate. This specific location kind of sucks compared to the other super nice one (cosmetically). No fees here. They reimburse a specific amount of non branch atms.

It’s a shame really, but more times than not when I go to the location or call in i get a female with nothing but attitude. If you guys don’t like your job that much please work somewhere else. Too many people work in customer service but lack the skill to be friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

This place is a joke! Say one thing and do another. I will be closing my account. They just point the finger at other branches and employees and do nothing to address the issue. Should have never let them talk me into leaving Numerica..

Just wanted to say a shout out to all the employees at the division branch. So friendly, fast, efficient, very professional. Best bank I have ever banked at. Thank you all so much !!

I have banked with mountain west since I was a teenager. They have always been so helpful! My check book was stolen last year and someone emptied my checking account. They handle it so well! I was panicked and they were incredibly kind and covered the amount stolen. I love this bank!

Horrible!!! This used to be a great bank, they got all new staff and changed policies...tellers are rude, management doesn't seem to know what it's doing. Went to change my password because I was locked out, left without doing so because no one knew how, had to go to Valley branch. Went to change my last name about a month later, they changed it at my sister branch and have yet to figure out how to change it at there location. The new staff, including management, need customer service training and better training on their system.

Horrible bank. No ATM's, bad policies, high fees. This just use a credit union.

This bank is a joke that is for sure they are the worst people to bank with and they say one thing and do another very negligent. And very unprofessional
