if you write a negative review they will erase it. so they say. they kept my jewelry and refused to sell it back to me. bad times made me pawn it in the first place. but think twice before going there. there isnt anybody there with any feeling or understanding of what your things mean to you. will take them no matter what. go down the hill. beware

Hey there folks!!! Mike and Regina are the very finest people to work with on the mountain or anywhere. The have a great selection of stuff. I have bought tools and other cool things there, great contractors selection. I also like their CD movie collection and check cashing service. I don't have any gold to trade but they do a lot of that too! Great business with lots of other cool stuff to buy or sell. friendly atmosphere. Oh they do EBAY trading as well. Cool...5 stars people- I would give them 7 if I could!

I have only had great experiences with Mountain Pawn. I'm a three-time customer and have pawned my guitar to them several times. I feel, through my experience with them, that they are fair. The staff is very nice, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions that you have.

Awesome place. Prices are looked up on ebay and then a quote from that is given. things to note are: 1.Products must work 2.Pawn shops are not there to give you retail value for something 3.it clearly states that after the time on the loan ticket the item belongs to them so if it's really important than get your stuff back out. 4.Some of the stuff is sold cheaper than most places, so they buy it at a low price to compensate for that. Honestly it seems like all the people complaining on here don't understand how a pawn shop works. Great job guys!

This place gives you almost NOTHING for your items when you go to pawn something there. And all of the things in their store are well used, but marked up to LITERALLY brand new prices. This place takes advantage of being the only pawn shop on the mountain and rips everyone off that walks through the door. For your own sake, please just go down the hill and pawn your stuff down there. You will get a lot more money. Anyone who shops here has to be crazy. Just look online for the same items brand new and you will find them cheaper!

The people who run this establishment are extremely nice and work with you on anything! If you ever need a deal or they aren't working with you just speak with an owner. They are usually way more understanding.

I love this place. I cash my checks there.. Never had a problem. They are helpful and family oriented.. I have purchased items there that I am very happy with. Thank you mountain pawn .. Those bad reviewers are obviously down and out and that's too bad . But isn't that what pawn is all about? Just saying. Keep up the good work. And for the guy who dissed the employee with glasses.. He is Awesome.. Maybe you are just an A@@.

I love this place! Get all my electronic goodies here and they take care of me with good package deals. April is always willing and eager to take care of me! Andrew is very knowledgable about computers and electronics, my go to guy! All you people complaining about them because they won't give you money for your trash that is busted, pipe down! If they can't make a profit off of it then why would they want it. Go down the hill complainers! Business is business!

I am a local resident and they do not give a crap about anyone. Yes, the other two reviews are accurate. These people are greedy and rude. Please go down the hill and visit other pawn shops there. We were one day late on picking up our things on loan and they refused to help us out but charged double what we owed. I have only been living up here in the mountains for two years and every other merchant is courteous and friendly but not these guys...

Great staff; family owned and welcoming! The shop has a wide selection of items for sale. I visited to sell a 'like new cell' (changed carriers from att -> tmobile) and felt comfortable and greeted right away. I love this place!
