Bank of America Financial Center CA, Lake Arrowhead

Paul Sharp took the time to cordially address a short notice financial need of mine. The professionalism, respect, and family-friendly values belonging to the employees of this branch are in line what I’ve always loved about the Lake Arrowhead community!

Friendly people, fast and perfect service. I had my bank account and credit card within 20 min. Im not sure if Beth Fine is still there, but she was just cute. Thank you.

It's a nice location and even though it was busy the wait wasnt bad. The customer service was unacceptable! The teller Chloe was very rude when assisting my older not so tech savy friend. From the beginning she was very condescending in her tone of voice. From the start my friend was very polite and proper as a gentleman should. It made me very upset to hear the tone in her voice as she was almost at the point of mocking him because he wasnt familiar with up to date banking. She was conceited and it was extremely disrespectful. I hope she does not act like this with any other clients. Its extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. 😒

This branch is currently completely closed (14 Sep 2021) and has been for several days. There is no signage to indicate when or if it will open again.

Great service and great customer service, been using this particular branch for over 5 years and anything below 5 stars is probably because it was crowded, the Lake Arrowhead Village gets BUSY and it's easy to get frustrated with the crowds. Great business!

Wanted to check on fraud investigation . And open savings for grand kids. I had to talk on phone myself then made me wait. I think because i was in sweats. And other people were dressed up. Probably thought they had more money lol

The bank has been closed the week of 9/12/21 with no warning. The Brinks truck wasn't even notified as he was there to do his business. I drove 45 minutes to another branch in Rialto. The service there was also atrocious. I couldn't get a cashiers check because the manager was at lunch. Off to San Bernadino branch, where the line is out the door with 20 people waiting in line. This has been a four hour ordeal already. What the heck B of A?

One word: HORRIBLE. The worst customer service I have ever seen. My poor old mother went into the bank to have a document notarized. She sat and waited 15 minutes in line, no one let her know that the notary agent was unable to meet with her. You have to book a time to get a notary? What is this, 1950? Called Arlene the manager, who somehow magically knew the notary's schedule - yet she couldn't tell my mother while she waited and wasted her time? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm upset enough to pull all of my business accounts from Bank of America.

The Lake Arrowhead branch always gives me great service and BofA in general has been the best banking choice I've made. Friendly service, short wait times are what i get.

Located near the tourist areas, so parking can be difficult to find, and traffic is heavy in the weekends. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
