Have been with this branch for over 20 years, always friendly eager to help and answer my questions. This is the best credit union ever and I have tried several always come back to Mountain America.

Changing my review after being a member for several months now. Have multiple products with MACU and getting our vehicles refinanced was such a hassle, notice after notice regarding having us help get the title from originating institution and what a nightmare it was to get a travel trailer sold through them. Documents were done incorrectly with resulted in several visits back and forth which became very time consuming.

Filled out application online, hit save and continue. They ran my credit anyway and than when I called them they did not care. Next they asked how much did you want to borrow and would I take an offer of a lower amount? Like I was at an auction. Ended with I would get a call back in 1 to 2 hours. That was 5 hours ago. I will never use or recommend them.

On entering branch I noticed right away that everything is back to normal no mask mandates and social distance stickers have been removed from flooring. Good to see faces again. I always enjoy visiting the Goodyear brach, they the best.

I love this branch! Ivan and Jereme ( hope I didn't butcher it). They are awesome. Living in north idaho part of the time and get down there part time. Love this branch!!

An absolutely disgusting place. My 63 year old mother was treated incredibly rude by this management team. As she stopped to use the ATM at this location, their system encountered technical error and her card was stuck in the ATM. The manager retrieved her card and refused to return it to her. Even though she was able to provide photo ID, the manager refused to speak with the issuing bank for the card or accept that she had an important financial obligation she worked all day to take care of because she is refinancing her home. How does someone so incompetent at resolving customer's issues become manager? I'm shocked at how terrible this place is. Hopefully they can get some better management. That guy should be fired ASAP! 🤮

I just love this credit union. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have several accounts and loans here and I would recommend this credit union to anyone. Come on free checking and savings account no monthly maintenance fees like these other financial institutions. The staff is great, I always feel welcomed and with all that's going on in this world I am greatful for their kindness. All my kids and majority of family bank here and are thrilled with the customer service provided. Thank you all for what you do.

1 star. They were great first. After they can my credit to get me pre-approved for a loan, they “ghosted” me. Emails and several voicemails and messages over the course of a week and I have still not heard anything back. I definitely will never attempt to use them again. Edit: now 4 stars. I finally got an email back from the loan officer I was dealing with and she helped me. I can appreciate that at least she did get back to me.
