    Always a pleasure going to this bank always understaffed and lines out the door. How about instead of having an employee walking around with an IPad asking why we came in today, get them behind the counter. What a mismanaged bank.(Updated 5-6-22) Some things never change. (Updated 5-21-22) 1 teller and at least 20 customers in line! I need a new bank! .

    Given the awful reviews one would think that this location would take note and make some attempt to do better. A long wait because they care to put 1 Teller when the bank opens and for a while after. Very nonchalant about this.

    Evertime I come here I get up set, (1) teller, I just spent half hour,in line, long line, 1 teller, and a bank manager telling a customer, she couldn't help her on her business, cause she is or going to lunch, under staff, for the worst reasons

    This branch doesn't listen to it's customers. Hadn't been to inside of branch in a year (just used the ATM). Can't believe the same problem still exists NOT ENOUGH TELLERS! especially during lunch hours when most customers go inside to do banking biz. during their lunch breaks. Problem: 1 teller about 10 people in line, 2 other employees can see this but no movement to assist...really! I miss BofA branches in grocery stores

    Disappointed in how BoA has moved in management. It used to be much better.. 10 people in line and 1 teller. If you have the customers, stay staffed to service them. An ATM isn't always the answer.

    I have been going to this B of A branch for a few years only because it is close. This branch only has 1 teller every time I come to make a transaction. The management here does not make any adjustments to accommodate how busy it gets. 1 teller if it’s slow, 1 teller if it’s busy. One speed setting…slow. Efficiency is zero. Employees are nice but service needs major improvement.

    This is ridiculous. Trying to do a wire transfer and was told I need appointment. Looked online to make appointment and no appointment available for 2 days. This branch is the reason I will be closing my accounts business and personal from boa. I had to write a check to a friend who has an account with bbva and he did the transfer. They did it the same day. If anyone ask why I closed my accounts I will say because of this branch. Reply to your reply: Yes you can only do a $1000 wire transfer online. I needed more and wasn't going to wait a week to transfer my own money.

    Appointment at 9:30 am to open an estate account. Took off the entire morning from work for this appointment that was scheduled days in advance. We had, AND confirmed, that morning everything WE needed to bring to the appointment. After one hour and several 'updates' from our banker... They're still on hold because the legal departments automated system is "experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls." Pretty sad when an organization can't even get in touch with it's own department. After an hour of making ZERO progress, we decided to leave.

    Open an Account online. Next day its closed and the money is gone. I cant access customer service cause my number is invalid. They do not answer at this location and i have been dealing with this problem for months. I just want my money back. I do not recommend this bank or affiliates please seek another establishment or bank.

    Unfortunately I have to even give 1 star to leave a review. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a credit union in my ENTIRE life. Setting up the bank account was a miserable hassle that they messed up, I'm not allowed to cash my paycheck, make with drawls, or "negotiate" my paycheck whatever that means. Then I have to call a number to be put on hold, just to cancel my bank account. Seriously? This is not how you keep customers. The professionalism just might as well be the same as a brick wall.
