I have been with MACU now for over 40 yrs, Even though I work for another financial institution I will never leave MACU, they have been there for me. I have a direct deposit go into my account and sure the company I work for hates the fact that I don't put it with them. Thank you MACU and all that work there.

I recently switched credit unions and figured I’d give mountain America a shot and they have been amazing!! I also just applied for a loan and my loan officer Heather Sacco made it so easy and helped me out with some of my credit issues I didn’t know about and really went out of her way to make sure I got the loan and got the best possible rate and payments she could.. I would definitely recommend anyone to go talk to Heather at mountain America!!!!!

I have several accounts with Goldenwest Credit Union that I've had for years. My partners recently setup a bank account with MACU. Every time I call support at GW I am on hold for maybe 2-3 minutes max (their call center is based in Ogden), but usually less than a minute and I am talking to a agent. The 3 times I've had to call MACU the hold has been minimum 30 minutes and they only offer their "call you back" feature after being on hold for 10 minutes. They outsource their call center, which is fine, but 30 minutes in 2021 is honestly ridiculous and far from competitive. I would lose every customer with that wait time. I'm all about optimizing a business for profitability, but they are jumping over dollars to get to pennies with this. The benefit of adding additional support and increasing their customer service would far outweigh the cost. My experience in a span of 2 weeks has been very disappointing.

Very nice branch ! Everyone is friendly and easily ready to assist you . I worked with Heather to finalize my car loan and she was amazing to work with ! She even took the extra steps to help me improve my credit score by disputing some claims I didn’t know I had . This experience at this branch along with a great experience at the Ogden branch made me switch over from my current bank to a customer at Mountain America ! Thanks again Heather !

Always unbelievably slow, whether they help one person per hour or twenty doesn't matter, tellers are untrained and everything requires help from "management"

The young lady Heather is a pleasant person to speak with she was kind and helpful. She also told us of new features that my husband and I found interesting and useful so we went with her suggestion. It was the best experience I have had getting an account in a very long time. I look forward to having a very long bank relationship with Mountain America Credit Union.

I cannot state enough how much I enjoy banking at Mountain America. The customer service is outstanding in person, on the phone or the drive up. They helped me set up their app on my IPhone. They assist me with questions about the app or my account and never make me feel rushed.

My experience with Mountain America Credit Union has been very positive, on all occasions. They are efficient, polite, upbeat , caring and very professional. I have found them to be above excellent. They have assisted in loan processing, establishing Trust accounts, and over all customer satisfaction.

More FULL service than you can imagine. I was just there and my car broke down in the ATM drive through, AND I forgot my cell phone today. Rather than get frustrated that I was blocking traffic, they let me make phone calls, came out and helped me try to start it, offered to jump start it, and ultimately pushed it for me to the street!!! They did this all with huge smiles and happy attitudes. They were incredible. And I got my deposit done.

I have been a member of MACU for many years, and have never been dissatisfied with their service. Most recently I have had excellent experiences with Janet and Brandon at their Clinton location, as well as with their LPL Financial service people. They all have went above and beyond and I will be a member for life. Thank you for your excellent service and kindness!
