I can't say enough good, we don't live down here and came down to look at a car. We'd started the process online and hoped to be able to get the loan done in the last 45 minutes before they closed. The tellers were so kind as we had two very tired children with us and gave them a treat and treated our kids so well after a long day in the heat I couldn't be more grateful. Dana who finished our loan was a rockstar, quick and efficient we were able to buy our vehicle before they closed that night! I was amazed and grateful for how friendly and kind everyone there was! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!

I was provided excellent, kind, and prompt service from Carlos Ganero. I have recently moved to Mountain America Credit Union after being with my previous bank for over 10 years. Located in Mesquite NV - it’s one of only two credit unions here. I’d choose MACU over America First credit Union every day! Usually the customer service is pretty good… since it’s a small town it doesn’t take them very long to get to know you and even tease you once in a while for giving off with their drive up tube or forgetting to put the cash in the envelope for the night deposit drawer :/ ~ I do wish they still participated in shared services with other credit unions, that would make things easier on me for sure! Zelle is a feature this credit Union has that makes things a little more workable but only with other zelle users. I would recommend this credit Union to anyone trying to decide between the 2 credit unions we have here! 100%

The Staff is always Excellent in their services with their Customers. My previous visit with Mountain America Credit Union was Spectacular. I told the Agent what I wanted and she reviewed the options that I had available and the Agent completed the transaction according to what we discussed. Great Customer Service.

I would have given it a five star, with the exception of the phone. They are slow to answer, if ever, and DO NOT return messages left on their voice mail, several left they get a 0

I moved to Mesquite and chose Mountain America Credit Union as my new bank , and I’m glad I did !! Everyone is really friendly and nice I usually get Carlos , Verla and Allen and they ROCK and every time I’ve had someone else they are equally as AWSOME !!! As always thanks for the help!

We recently switched from our bank of 15 years to MACU in order to consolidate our loans via refinancing our home and car. In addition, we also transferred our savings and checking accounts to MACU with the clear understanding that we did not want a debit card and we did not want our email or phone number to be used for any MACU advertisements. The only thing we wanted from MACU was account alerts. Shortly after changing to MACU we received several calls from a MACU sales representative in Utah wanting to sell car insurance. We also received advertisement from MACU for a debit card. Before we even made our first house payment, MACU traded our mortgage to a company by the name of PennyMac. Despite all the stress associated with refinancing our home loan, we must now go online and set up payments with a new company. This is how MACU treats their customers! While the staff are very friendly and helpful at the MACU Branch office, MACU corporate has been a BIG disappointment for the reasons previously mentioned. We will be checking reviews for other banks and moving on.

We recently refinanced a car loan with Mountain America. The customer service we received was superb. Lexie from the Redwood Road branch went out of her way to assist us. This included getting us pre-approved for another car loan at an amazing interest rate. It was so refreshing to have someone like Lexie help us navigate this process.

I've experienced banking services across our nation while traveling during my career even before banks had become nationally connected. Mountain America credit union has certainly earned their 5 star award by presenting professional service that I believe every financial institution should provide to their customers.
