I have been doing business with Mountain America Credit Union for 4 years. I'm always greeted a very professional friendly person. Jen my loan officer has saved me money on several occasions. I recommend your services to everyone very strongly.

Edgar help me out with any and every question I had. His communication was so clear. I had a nightmare experience with my last credit union and I was very grateful the positive experience I have had so far!

I was a sinking ship financially, Dawn was able to consolidate and reduce my overall debt substantially! Since banking at MACU I feel I acually have money to bank with. So many great benefits of banking at MACU. Also,my credit score is now through the roof! Thanks MACU, and especially Dawn.🤘🏻

Mountain America is great. The tellers there are always friendly and attentative. I have received help from Nicole, Tiffany, the manager (I can't remember her name), and teller 3953 (I can't remember her name either). I have many transactions that they have to process at once and they always smile and push through my transactions promptly and also give feedback to ease processes for our store. These ladies all deserve giant trophies. 100% A+++ Satisfied.

The service is great at our Mt. America Credit Union located at 1047 S. Hwy. 191 in Moab, UT. I've never had a better financial institution, and it is a breath of fresh air after Wells Fargo. Thanks for your service!

Mountain America Credit Union has since the day I first walked in there been a pleasure to work with. Every one of the employees there know who I am and greet me. They are genuine and keep me on top of any business I use them for. I highly recommend them for any banking need you may have.

I dont know if this is a small town problem or what, but my parents are divorced, my mom has sent those documents to the branch, my parents do not share an account, yet, my dad manages to call the branch from PRISON and the staff here give him my moms personal banking information anyways. She's voiced her concerns to management and yet still gets notification that her information is being given to him.

I have banked with this place for 3.5 years for the most part all the other tellers are helpful. Ive had two bad experiences here already. With the same teller. She seems to not like me personally which should nevee affect how you treat someone at the workplace. She makes it a very unpleasant experience each time. People need to be professionals and do their job. This is why im giving it a 1 star .. I truly never want to see this person again. She makes askinv questions or interaction in general is so unpleasant.

Just like to personally thank Tammy Woodruff for the outstanding Customer Service she provides. This is a top notch Credit Union and this lady always has a smile on her face and you can hear it in her voice! Thanks Tammy for always taking great care of your customers!
