Wells Fargo Bank N Main St, Moab

My view of Wells Fargo has changed over the years having been a customer of theirs personally for many years, having problems with missing money and then going to work for someone and using them as their personal bank a few times I had problems but most of the time the people were very friendly and helpful and not very often rude. But then today I had someone go over to get change for me and Lacey(I called to get her name after the person explained what happened) who was the employee at the window was very rude to the person that I had sent to get my change as was the person behind her who I do not know who it is. (Since our bank is not open on Saturday). The person I sent over came back and told me how rude and in my opinion after hearing it-unprofessional-Lacy had been to her, saying because she was not a member of Wells Fargo they could not do my change order(than the person in back of her said in a rude tone-just to do it this once). As a well known bank and one I have sent many of customers too, I am shocked by these employees behaviors. To end my review: You would think for a small town like Moab, that the employees would be more than willing to help out another business with change on a day other banks are closed. I won't be sending anyone else to do banking there that is for sure. I'll send them to City Market on the weekends from now on. By the way there is NO sign stating the fact that the bank will not give changes to non-customers at the window.

The Covid rules have made this branch very lazy. I used my bankcard and tried to make a cash deposit. The teller said I was not a person authorized on my daughter’s account. Since when do you need authorization to make a cash deposit into someone else’s account. So I ended up depositing the money into my account and later transferred money into my daughter account.

This Branch has always had GREAT customer service!!

I will never used this bank again I have never had to show my I'd to cash or use my bank card makes me want to move my banks the lady wasn't nice and shouldn't be dealing with people at all

ATM is right off the sidewalk across from shopping. Strategically and conveniently located.

Have always had great help with my banking. They work hard to resolve any issues. They iniated tight Covid restrictions before it was mandated. They'll continue to be my bank

Ok, but sometimes has a very long wait time. Also, it was monumentally difficult to open a checking account through them.
