We love MACU. Daniel Phillips is by far the best employee, he has helped us out tremendously with our financial journey. We could have asked for a better person and bank to help us. The branch is more like family than just our bankers. Everyone is so polite aand wonderful. We can say enough good things about Daniel and the team that works around him.

I’ve been a customer of MACU for over 7 years now starting in Utah. After I got married, I convinced my wife to join, who had been a lifelong member of Wells Fargo. She’s loved it. When we moved out to AZ, we were thrilled to find MACU there too! The customer service we’ve received has been phenomenal, and we’ve been able to do everything we’ve needed with no hiccups. The mobile app is seamless and works as intended. They are everything I want from a financial institution.

Promptly greeted with very warm and welcoming staff. Brandon was extremely helpful and exhibited zero pressure. Facility is new and interior is architecturally beautiful. Exterior is reasonably conservative. Multiple lanes for drive up transactions as well as a shared branching cash deposit ATM. Services offered are more competitive than local credit unions. I've been a member of out of state credit unions for over 20 years and finally found a local cu that rivals those. Very impressed. Will be leaving my current local Arizona cu (whom charges a ridiculous monthly membership fee) for this institution and I would recommend you do too. Only complaint is drive up exterior layout is fairly awkward but fairly efficient.

Horrible customer service. Try calling puts you to voice mail that is full so you can't leave a message. I had been with my previous credit union for almost 20 years and never had the issues I have had with this branch. It is really unfortunate because I like the service of credit unions . But I am thinking I may need to move my accounts after the way I was treated

We had never gone inside the branch but we needed to discuss some options and they were all very nice. They handled what we needed and made appointments for the rest. Great atmosphere and people.

During the craziness of the pandemic, we had reached out to our large bank of almost two decades for some needs that seemed pretty basic. They were unresponsive, and when they did respond, it was a week after we found our new solution at Mountain America. Not only were they more responsive, the comparison on the two offers was not even close. Mountain America blew the socks off the big bank and made me regret not changing banks sooner. I plan on doing more work with Mountain America.

I can't say enough good things about this bank. They have a culture of customer service. No matter which branch I go to they are focused on helping their customers. I have my business and personal accounts with MACU. I've tried several other banks and by far MACU is the best.

Dylan England at MACU Queen Creek has once again gone above and beyond helping with financing my toys haha.... If your in the market for a boat, side by side, car, airplane or whatever I strongly recommend speaking to Dylan. He makes the process super easy and is there every step of the way. Great person to work with, answer and returns calls and emails promptly. This is now our 7th loan with MACU and it’s always good to k ow they will take care of my family, friends and myself.
