Waited in line full of clients while only one teller was working, she was with one client for 20 minutes. The manager never opened a teller and started helping her. Very disappointing. Would gladly use the ATM but needed lower bill denominations. The ATM’s need to offer lower bills or the bank needs to employ more than 1 teller

I have never been a fan of Bank of America. However, I was needing to open an additional business account at a bank that I currently had no accounts at. Being in the customer service business myself, first impressions mean everything. Upon walking in and glancing around the room, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Not having spoken with anyone, I can not give a full critique, but the atmosphere and body language pretty much spoke for itself.

Service at this branch has always been very good for me. Unfortunately Bank of America are thieves. I tried to open a credit card there with an annual fee of $39. After 1 month of not receiving a card I told them to either push back the fee so it covers 1 actual year or to waive it. They then proceeded to give me an unbelievable bs sob story about HOW COSTLY it was for BOA to have an account open in their computers, even if I had no card. They went as far with their lie as to keep on making up stuff and tell me I either had to close my account or just let it go because it was so difficult for BOA to open an account and basically I was just ungrateful for the terrible sacrifice BOA was enduring. Well I closed ALL my accounts. Good job BOA. I keep receiving offers in the mail to get $200 if I apply for a credit card. Well guess what BOA? I will make sure I have an account IN EVERY SINGLE BANK OF THE US but yours, just because you HAD TO try to steal $2. Good freakin job!

Our company does business with bank of america. If you ever need to talk to them on the phone they WILL NEVER ANSWER. They don't have an answering system, so if you want to talk to a banker/teller at this location you have to go in. It's terrible service. B of A is convenient for their # of locations and their banking rates are low - but you get what you pay for...

Every time I come here there is only one teller and you wait in line for an unreasonable amount of time. This is not the only branch this has happened at but I think this one may be one of the worse ones I’ve had to wait at. Hire more help!

49 minutes of my life wasted standing in line on a Saturday at noon. One teller, 6 other employees walking around the branch manager and a coworker sitting in his glass office for all of us to see a conversation that could have waited (laughing and just carrying on) instead of taking care of the 23 people wrapped around the inside of the bank. Horrible horrible service. When he did finally come out, he didn't even acknowledge the line.

Slow service. They're quick to lock the doors before it's time. Tellers and "manager" couldn't seem to get a check issued by BofA itself deposited. Worst branch I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. I haven't had 1 good visit unless you count the ATM. The ATM does a better job than the people inside.

If I could could rate less then one I would. The guy we talked to was very rude. Would not give me change told me I needed to have an account even though I did. He told me I should have called and talked to a teller. I've called six times and it's telling me the bank is closed. I've never received such poor customer service. Robert should learn some customer service skills.

My wife & I are "ALWAYS TREATED WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT FROM THE SECURITY GUARD OUT FRONT TO EVERY BANK OF AMERICA EMPLOYEE INSIDE!" I stared a new job a couple of weeks ago, so my wife & I went to the branch to open a new account for Direct deposit. Both offices were full so we signed in and within 10 minutes of signing in we were in Mr. Rasmussen's office shooting the breeze and opening our new account. The people have always been Respectful, Nice, Helpful, ablnd if they could not fix the issue, they will help you until they find someone who can fix the issue.

If I could give a zero, I would. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever been to. Cashiers are stupid and incompetent, fail to communicate intelligently with customers and cause great and convenience. Bank anywhere else!
